Really good spot for a quick meal 🥘 on the way back home nice yummy chocolate milk shakes and beans salad! Fritters are amazing too 😍 highly recommended!!

Best Under 5s play area I have ever seen at a cafe! Loved the general ambience, really peaceful outdoor decks looking out onto farmland. Loved the general design of the place with lots of little quirks (like cleavers for door handles!)

I’ve driven past this Cafe so many times, now I wish I’d stopped. The food is really good, a lot to choose from, breakfast, lunch, hot and cold choices, yummy cakes, friendly efficient staff, camper van parking, dog walking area, at least 5 seating areas, seating inside and outside, kids play house and play ground rides, lovely garden outlooks. Loads of parking. Good mobility accessibility to cafe and bathroom.

It's the most beautiful café I have visited in New Zealand. Spectacular garden and interiors with countryside views. And the most important thing, their food and coffee are delicious. I will come back!

Good area, parking lot is big, food was nice but that CARROT CAKE?! It's real damn good 👍🏼 Try it and you never regret

Looks like they have new owners since last time we were there... gardens spruced, new coat of paint on building, extra decking, child friendly with own play area, and a dog run . Food- I had bean salad needed spring onions, the other had mini breakfast..... other meals looked nice and their scones were huge! There are a lot of dining rooms indoors if you don't wish to be outside where there a quirky bits in the garden all n all not a bad place to stop... but if you want an iced coffee you better ask for a double shot!!

Friendly service, extensive menu, eclectic decor (love the door handle to the bathroom). Salmon bagel- lots of salmon, but underwhelmed with 4 ingredients for $19

A top notch cafe with delicious food and coffee. Eclectic and cute country decor with multiple choices for outdoor and indoor seating areas. Clean, full of light and conveniently located for a break on your way from Auckland to Tauranga or vise versa. Wonderful, professional service. Food cupboards stocked with an impressive selection of savory and sweet. Bucolic country setting. Bonus: indoor seating area is an art gallery with tasteful Kiwiana not-too-expensive art for sale. Also a selection of useful/interesting/curious or kitch gift items for sale in the cafe. Also a play area for little ones in the garden. Truly a gem. A+++
