Reviews of The Outpost
F.So many delicious things to choose from, it was hard to choose. Food did not disappoint and the coffee was really good too. Friendly service. Will make a point to stop here again.
D.The food here was exceptional, lots of it and really nice. Facilities were very clean and the team serving were very friendly. Definitely worth stopping for a feed. Am going back for a second coffee🙂
J.Coffee bar with out door seating also. We bought to take away. Lemon curd Muffins which were very yum.
G.Great Cafe in Palmerston (South) very easy to stop in at - whether going north or south.
Had the Morrocan chickpea soup (vegetarian) and the vegetarian pizza slice from under the cabinet for a late lunch. Both were nice and hot. The pizza slice wasn't soggy on the base as it is in a lot of places that just microwave everything. Both items were spicy too and great food - whether you're a vegetarian or not
The regular menu has some good options. Which I've not tried but it's a step up from the everything comes with bacon offerings around.
While I don't pass through Palmerston much these days. I will be stopping in next time for sure.
r.My husband's panini was very large with lots of filling and my salmon and cream cheese croissant was delicious again with lots of filling. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend this as a great place to stop.
M.Nice setting, good staff and good food. Felt food was over priced or portions could have been bigger for price. We had brunch and wasn't too busy.
b.Well worth the stop on state highway 1. Bright and cheerful space. Good food friendly staff.
C.Great food. Kind staff that was willing to take the time to check if their bread is suitable for our boy who is allergic to lots of food.
