J.Okay honestly, they've seen their hay day. Been coming here since a wee lad, used to have 5 different types of salt and even vinegar. Used to let me put all 5 salts on my chips which was very kind. I understood the subsequent shift to only two salts, that was fair enough, but then when the salts ran out, there was no replacement, for which I must express my disappointment. Furthermore, my poor friend who only loves vinegar on his chips was disappointed when there was no replacement. Then, the chips went up in price and not nearly as many in the punnet. No salt, slightly overpriced, and the service is either hit or miss. They're either lovely to you or quite mean. The other food is good, sometimes it's a little stale but it can be really good. The pies are a little iffy, the consistency is akin to jelly meat, but they used to be a lot better. I get that the Coronavirus has hit hard but other, worse off stores have done a whole lot better. I love you guys and your store but it seems to have slipped as of late, so it's a three from me.

M.Actual filled sandwhices! Chicken n chips you want to eat everyday....the most glorious genuine smile greets you on entry.
B.Good food for cheap prices legit can't find somewhere else like that in Wellington. I recommend to try it out for some pastry or even a sandwich !
