This place was nice stopped here on our way back from dargaville kids had pies that said we're really yum I had wedges and a steak egg and cheese burger was so yum was one of the best burgers I have ever tasted no word of a lie top staff great vibes . God bless team

Very nice cafe with plenty of KAI options, by the looks of the rigs outside - it is definately a MUST STOP for the truckies on their long hall drives up and down the through this lovely town. Extremely outstanding customer service and care of the staff here. Would absolutely recommend Te Hana cafe a stop you have to do when passing, Thank you for the pies, hehe 👊✌👏✊👋👍🤙🤤

This place is a gem. I stop in as often as I can on my regular run. Ladies, a safe, clean facility with soap and paper hand towels. Brilliant car park with room for the trailer. The filter coffee is amazing and the bacon, eggs, tomatoes and mushroom breakfast feeds two! Exceptional service, friendly staff.

Kia ora koutou. Stopped at the cafe on the way north. What a great decision!! My sister had the lambsfry, bacon and creamy mushrooms. I had the Kiwi breakfast with mushrooms instead of beans and tomatoes. Meals generous and delicious. Service friendly, warm, accommodating and efficient. Great coffee too!! Already planning to stop next time

Used to be a favorite stop but not so impressed today. No gluten free options. We took away the Mince and Cheese pies, they were meaty and tasty but too hot!!!! We had to wait for them to cool down. "Always blow on the pie"

Very well priced! Had a great freshly sliced roast beef sandwich with all the fixings! It was fantastic especially as I find it hard sometimes to obtain a good quality sandwich without having to spend $15 from a cafe. I believe it was about the 7 or 8$ mark. Great value for money

A road side cafe which is rustic and cosy. The loos could do with a refurb. The food is very tasty and very good value. The highlight for me was the hostess - she was polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This was not our first stop and it won't be our last.
