H.Ok, I understand that. It is good thing to keep others safe. But hope next time we can be treated in a better way and more efficiently (just urgent need for toilet, not mean to give the bad feedback) and we were plan to have lunch in your restaurant because of the good outlook. :)
M.Party of 5 for brunch on a Sunday morning. Very friendly and helpful staff, energetic and responsive. Plenty of options on the menu, came within the expected time and of a good standard. Atmosphere within the cafe is typical, nothing exceptional but satisfactory in all respects. Will definitely come again.
B.Sorry, but my food experiences at L & G's haven't always been great. I had a stuffed kumera which was definitely unpleasant. Other times too, I've been disappointed. I only go there because it's convenient. Also, to be fair, sometimes the food is good and I would highly recommend the muffins

A.Recommended by Mum. She's been cooking for 90 years, and she loves the place. Mum had steak and kidney pie; I had the superb Club Sandwich. Great coffee. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Serves beer and wine. This is understandably a popular café with a sunny location and deserves the many 5-star ratings it has received. A gem for breakfast and lunch on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula!!
G.Absolutely outstanding. The Beef Stroganoff pie is to die for. So delicious! So much flavour and the meat was really lean and the pie so fill with meat filling.
All good made onsite. I highly recommend.
L.L&G's is a spot I always enjoy. Great food, largely made on the premises. My favourite thing with coffee is the pumkin, date, ginger, sunflower muffin. Suprisingly light for a muffin containing pumpkin and a nice hit of ginger.
A good-great standard of service.
It can be noisy and is mostly busy.
M.Excellent food . Not expensive. Friendly staff but not open for dinner. We go for lunch often.
D.During lockdown these guys are very well organized. Great coffee and their cheese and onion scones toasted and buttered are divine. Lovely menu and friendly staff. Support local.

J.Lovely, family friendly restaurant. Staff were fantastic, (my 2 year old dropped a glass which smashed and the waitress didn't even bat an eyelid cleaning up), food was great 😀definitely recommend.
H.Had a Coffee Group meeting here with 6 other grans. They have different sized tables which is great..a couple outside as well. Seems to be a popular spot of the older generation as this day they were the lions share of the customers. Food is delicious, coffee is great, the servers are lovely and good at their jobs, service was good but they were very busy, could almost do with another person there, my only criticism is after we had more people arrive, we weren't offered any more water / glasses, or asked about orders - not sure if this is their way or if they were busy everywhere else, so ordering at the counter-only was our experience. Is very loud inside so we moved to the large outside table after a while. We asked for the umbrellas up but it was too windy apparently and they would have blown away - however on leaving the next group had them up fine.. perhaps we needed to erect those ourselves. Just x2 toilets x1 being the disabled one - watch the lock on this one, the lady explained it can look locked and occupied when it's in fact empty, which we found to be the case, after waiting several minutes. Overall a lovely spot, very central and we'll visit again (using the outside table lol).
P.A lovely dining experience here for breakfast with my parents. The hosts were friendly, attentive and very caring. The coffee was so perfect I had to have two! Thank you for having us x

T.Beautiful atmosphere and the flow is magnificent.
The environment is clean decorated with mood lighting and plant life creating a fresh scene.
The service is speedy and the quality of goods are fantastic. The mocha specifically included dairy free chocolate and clearly delicious tasting beans.
The parking was accessible to the shop and wheelchair friendly. The chips were well fried and seasoned perfectly. I enjoyed the company of the staff who were amiable and helpful. I would recommend this to everyone I know and will definitely be visiting again. A+++

R.On the day I went the service was terrible. Only two people serving and ordering was slow. Had to ask for a menu, had to go to the counter to ask for server to take our order and again to order coffee. The servers were not organised. The food was good but they need to improve their service.

S.Wow! Where do I start? Heaps of parking, check. Beautiful, artistic, clean and spacious location, check. Amazing, friendly and attentive service, check. A wide range of delectable things to eat, not just cabinet snacks but a whole kitchen that serves all day breakfast (with decent portions!!), CHECK! Delicious coffee to sit down inside OR outside in the sun, CHECK! What more can you ask for...?

M.Delicious food. A bit pricey, especially the drinks. Instead of buying half a can of coke for $6 I walked 60m to new world and bought 4cans for the same price
S.Perfect except there was no nappy changing table in the bathroom so I had to go out to my car to change my baby's nappy. Apart from that it was lovely and had a to die for gluten free slice.
