Very popular cafe. Cabinet and menu food options. Take out or eat in. Good selection of table sizes. Good carpark. Friendly team. Adjoins Graze, a boutique food supply store.

I have never had a bad meal at Jolt. I would go there on my own, with my hubby or as family and friends and we would all be happy when we leave. Great food, well priced and friendly staff. We'll done Jolt!

While the venue setting was nice, my salmon omelette was not the freshest and i ended up not eating the rest of the plate. The criss cross chips were pretty good though

Been going to Jolt for years because of their great Altura coffee and peaceful garden setting and great service...top notch! However, very disappointed the meal I always choose - Moroccan Lamb - was half the size and no price reduction! Still tasty but not worth the money. The bacon and egg on ciabatta my daughter had was also disappointing ...very small amd dry for the price! Will probably go back for the coffee as dogs are welcome but will choose from the cabinet next time if meals are still small for the price.

Great! I love it :) Food is awesome, staff is friendly, there's a kids play pen and dogs are welcome outside (although it is a small space). My favourite Cafe in Northland!

Great little café. The Moroccan Lamb Salad is absolutely incredible, and the coffees are some of the best around. The beef burger was a little underwhelming in flavour and texture, but I'd go back there for the lamb salad, any day.

Hadnt been to Jolt for a while and i believe it may have changed ownership. The food was still good and the staff friendly. My friends and i were a little let down in the fact that the orders were not taken correctly and one friend didnt get what she ordered and paid for something ordered by the other friend which shouldnt have happened. They were kind enough to give complimentry coffee cards for the mess up.

A nice setting however I felt the process of ordering food from the table menu is a little messy. We had to stand behind the people ordering the cabinet food which made the process a little slow when there is a group and we were ordering a variety of dishes.

Havent been here for 2 and half years. The coffee was very good. I had the gurnard and salad. It was crumbed, nice an moist . Hubby had a chicken and bacon burger with chunky fries. Sciadopitys garden centre has closed which was next door.

Cabinet food looked amazing, however we opted for a selection of meals from the menu. All were tasty, but very small portons. Didn't consider our dining experience value for money.

The food & service was lovely however the building is now a little shabby compared to how I remember my previous visit. The garden centre has gone so it has lost the outside appeal it once enjoyed. Although the ambience is a little tired I would still recommend the food & service, staff were very busy and we were not offered dessert or additional coffee/drinks.

Lovely staff and great service. Mushroom and pesto bruschetta very underwhelming. Bread was so soggy it was inedible, like wise with the Bacon focaccia. Chips were the only thing that tasted fresh and not soggy.

Visited Jolt today because our first choice was closed. We were both very pleased with the experience and will definitely come again. The place is modern, spacious, clean and tidy. Indoor seating plus a small outdoor area too. Service was very good. Coffee excellent. Cabinet and menu food on offer, with a good selection. Food well presented, hot and tasty. Pricing was good. It's nice to be able to have a browse through the garden centre after or before your meal.

We went to Jolt for an after hours get together after a bereavement service along the road at Maunu Crematorium chapel. The food was delicious, the venue was perfect the service was great.

Awesome coffee and food be it a snack or sit down meal. Local McLeods Beer and a selection of wines available. I've eaten here many a time since Jolt opened. I've recommended Jolt as a destination and will continue to do so.

Of all days to visit Jolt for a coffee fix. Choose a blustery, wet and cold day! Weird not having the plant shop next door. But Jolt was certainly a busy place. Sat within the range of the numerous heaters for warmth and had some cross hatched chippies with a Mocha.

Lovely garden center great selection of plants and many wonderful pots that caters for everyone.....also a cafe that is within the garden center.....I myself didn't visit the CAFE l was more interested in the plants etc.....l got to meet the owner and had a chat about a STAGHORN he had in his garden WOW the staghorn was so big and beautiful that I have every seen😘😎😍 YES, people if you in MANU visit this garden center and JOLT the CAFE you will certainly be in your element... Plants and food🤗😘😄😎 Great customer service with a smile all around 😉😉.
