Had a tricky experience a few weeks ago but after emailing their Sales account it was resolved promptly pretty easily. The workers on the support side are really friendly and helpful, got me back on track really fast. I've since ordered from them and it was as good as ever, immediate shipping and user friendly tracking links. Cheers guys

Didn't ship my order and won't cancel it! Tells me that they're checking warehouse cameras and need 24-48 hours but it's been 4 business days since that and over a week and half since I ordered. They have since rectified the issue and my order is sent. But I still was supposed to be informed about them not sending and they themselves were not aware until I tell them it's not sent.

I have done over 10k of business with Computer Lounge over the years, got them to build two PCs, bought two gaming laptops, and other random peripherals bought here and there. Building a PC is especially a good experience with them, they burn in test everything, the quality of their builds is very good. They are responsive to email queries and will advise you of improvements they see you can make or if something doesn't make sense in your order (in my case, faster RAM was on discount at the same price as my chosen RAM). Another big benefit is how fast their shipping is - to Nelson it is rare I have to wait longer than a day if the order is early enough. Just yesterday I emailed support as I forgot to claim a free gift on checkout (as I was supposed to) - their response is classic Computer lounge - no worries, quick response, the gift arrived before the original order item in a separate package. Their site is great too. I'm at the point that unless there is a huge price difference I will always shop there. Never change guys and thanks for the great service.

I'm not one to go around leaving reviews, but on multiple occasions now I have been blown away by the ease of purchasing PC components through Computer Lounge! The website is excellent, a breeze to navigate and plenty of information on a vast range of products which means it's all quite dangerous for the wallet haha! On one occasion, I was having issues with online payment and Paul was quick with his response and offered some solutions - much appreciated! Picking up orders is also very quick and easy, given the current Covid climate. Staff are friendly, and Paul was very generous in handing me over a ROG gift pack simply because I mentioned I loved ROG products! I'm stoked, and you guys should be too! Thanks!

Some of the best prices in Auckland and a really good quality range. I found the support from them absolutely terrific recently and would use them as my first go-to in future. Currently have another tricky support enquiry in with them so will see how that turns out...

Excellent customer service and follow up. I raised a question a/h on their website to do with an order query. I expected a call back the next day, but no! The guys were onto my query, checking the warehouse for stock and called me back around 6pm with an update. Ultimately, they didn't have the product that I was looking for, but I am 100% looking at their site in the future before anyone else because of the impression they've left with me. I have a few go-to places I look at when buying, and these guys are now at the top of that list. Thanks a million. I look forward to dealing with you guys again!

So I bought a monitor with a couple of issues and brought it back to return it. Jeff was polite and informative and gave me some useful information that helped me decide on a new monitor. Excellent service and will definitely come back for more computer peripherals when I need them.

Bought some parts for my wife's computer with help from Aldo from the online orders department. I told him my plans and he went through each part with me and told me his thoughts about each component I needed to replace and helped me compromise and understand the difference between one product versus another. I paid for half of the components directly, and the other half I purchased through Zip. Despite this turning my purchase into two packages, Aldo and the team managed to send it all as one package and give me accurate tracking info, and from Auckland to Taranaki my order was at my door in less than 24hours after payment. I've had my computers built by Computer Lounge for about 10 years, my first PC, being 10 years old, still runs just fine since it was delivered to my door. Highly reccommended for people who take PCs seriously. ggwp ALDO.

To say the least, I have been happy in my time, but the computer You, your team, Ethan and Bobby assembled for us is SUPERB. Throughout the process you guys kept in contact, advised and offered assistance when I required it on compatibility issues. Offered suggestions and kept in touch as the build progresses. Computer Lounge has gone out of its way to give us a rare gift and we both thank you for all your efforts. Not to say it was a perfect process. as most journeys never are, and that's what makes them worth undertaking. I never dreamt it would be so stunning, Asus ROG components and EK water cooling in a Asus Helios case, awesome. And your guys nailed the coolant color and corresponding build colors.

I'm so impressed with these guys. They had what I wanted (Virtual Reality Hand Controllers) in stock and they delivered blindingly fast - from Auckland to remote rural South Island in two days - in the week before Xmas! I never expected that. So many of the things I order online lately take months to arrive. In comparison, this is instant gratification. I'm stoked.

Purchased a 144Hz 24inch monitor a while back when it was on sale. Great buy and still works like a charm, the staff were very knowledgeable on the product when I asked in store but had trouble getting in contact online and over the phone to ask how long it was going to be on sale for.

Have been going to computer lounge for years and have always had a pleasant experience. The store room can get very busy so you can end up waiting in line for a while but apart from that, love the range of products especially with brands that can't be found elsewhere in NZ (Loque, XFX and noctua etc)

Bought a laptop from them service efficient and friendly. The only criticism would be the credit card surcharge but that is easily overcome with eftpos so was not an issue for me

Bought a couple of prebuilt PCs over the last year. Had 2 issues with the water cooled PC which I guess was just an unlucky part of owning a water-cooled system but after a phone call and raising a ticket, it was reasonably straight forward to get the PC sent to them for inspection. I think both times Jeff was in charge of fixing the issue and he has done an awesome job. Stoked to have the PC back at home and running properly. While I personally wouldn't go water-cooling next time, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a prebuilt PC from computer lounge. Their 2 year RTB warranty is super.

Computer Lounge were fantastic as always to deal with. They were very patient with me in all my questions and ramblings regarding a new PC build. They were super accomodating in helping me find parts and making sure the system was fully functional and compatible. Since dropping off the gear, the build was done within a week and the system was fully checked and tested. The system and remaining accessories were safely packed into boxes, once I got home and plugged it all in, it booted up with no worries. Very happy and over the moon with the whole process. If you are looking for an alternative to PB tech, then Computer Lounge is it. We have just reviewed a system build by them and our tech was pretty impressed with the build. Ordering is easy. Pick ups are easy. Staff are friendly and ask if you need help when Auckland isn't in lock down. We've gone through finding an alternative supplier and Computer Lounge will be supplying our spec build requirements from now on for our photographers that love photoshop.

I ordered a 3080 from them. With me constantly nagging them and requesting updates they never stopped replying and always acted professional. A exchange was arranged late yesterday afternoon and they managed to still ship it to me overnight. A+ service and will definitely use again!

Bought a couple of products from this shop. First one was a Logitech mouse a few months ago, second one was a gaming keyboard a few days ago. Website is easy to navigate around, price is very reasonable and for some items cheaper than most shops. I ordered my gaming keyboard on Sunday and got the item on Tuesday. Would definitely shop here again.

Great place, stock a lot of stuff that you can't get anywhere else. Best place for watercooling parts, and anything else you can't get from justlaptops/pbtech/playtech. But! it is not a lounge, no real places to sit apart from the uncomfortable "gaming chairs".

Great company! Bought Sony xm3's a while ago - great service and price. Ended up developing a fault after a few months and Computer Lounge sorted a replacement promptly! Highly recommend!

Read the fine print. If you order something online and it's not right and you've opened it these guys will try and take 35% off any refund if you return it (read their policy if you don't believe me!). I bought a pair of $339 headphones online and they tried to charge me $119 restock fee. In the end they charged me $50 (15%) to return them but I had to kick off about it to get them to do that. A place like PB Tech will only charge 20%. Just so you know.

Initially couldn't complete my online transaction, so I contact the Wellington branch. Sales representative was quite agile and well versed. Was able to get the product delivered to Christchurch in the next day. Would definitely recommend.

I live in Christchurch cbd and I placed order on last Saturday. it's Friday 5pm now been over a week already , I check online my parcel still processing at depot. Update: Without redirected, the parcel would arrive around 8,9th July see attached tracking. I ordered another mouse paying extra overnight delivery option and it arrives the next working day which is fantastic. Update: Another order just came the other working day, So in general the shipping time is 1-2 days. The first product took 4-5 days i think this is just really bad luck. Also the package is wraped with bubbles and pretty good protection so i decide to change my rating star to 4 now! Update I bought another keyboard this time only takes 2 days to arrive very satisfied Update order a headset and it arrive next day with very good wrapping. I decided to change to 5 stars! Thanks

Made some orders during Black Friday for a new PC I'm building. Went on a Saturday believing they were open until 5:30pm (as per Google) but they had closed at 4pm (arrived around 4:30pm). However since staff were still there, they were kind enough to let me pick up my orders AND purchase another item. Parts are all in good nick too. Much respect to the staff (I didn't get their names - sorry!) who helped me out, definitely secured a returning customer when I upgrade my PC!!

These guys simply have outstanding service, from getting back to you quickly in emails to order times. I've ordered some parts at 4:00 pm and have them arrive by 11 am the next day. Plus fantastic communication in swapping out a potential back-order item. Will be coming back, and I can simply recommend. A+

Initially ordered the ONEX GX220 Air Gaming Chair - Black Blue listed on the website only to find out a few days later the supplier didn't stock them anymore. Was offered a ONEX GX2 Gaming Chair - Black which was a bit more expensive but seemed suitable. Upon delivery, the plastic appeared to be quite cheap and had broken off in some places, however did not affect the functionality of the chair. The business seems reliable, however not entirely sure about the product received. The business did offer replacement parts for the broken parts. Also ordered a Razer Gigantus V2 Soft Gaming Mouse Pad - Large. Delivery was quick and product was as to be expected.

Paul was the biggest help during lockdown via FB chat. I was in the process of customising my first PC mid-tower with zero knowledge. Paul was so patient and provided detailed information. Cannot wait for the PC!

I have generally only had good experiences with CL going back a decade. However recently there was a problem with my order they didn't contact me to tell me this. Thinking it strange that I hadn't received an email saying the click and collect order was ready I tried contacting them. They don't answer the phone (I know I know it's 2021 but it was just a quick question) so I messaged them on social media and eventually got a reply saying they'd get back to me. By that time I'd given up and just visited the store in person to get answers. In store they were very helpful and resolved the problem with my order.

These guys are awesome. As a keen builder, I've ordered a number of computer parts and peripherals and they have always come very quickly, in good condition and the customer service has been better than any other PC store I've used. During the COVID lockdown and immediately after, they were super patient and helpful (even though I was totally impatient) and were great at explaining alternatives, and did swapping of parts based on availability with no question. Definitely my go to from now on!

As a first time builder, I had a lot of questions about parts, pricing, and the availability of GPUs (picked the worst time to build a PC apparently). Paul was really patient answering all my questions. They also said yes to my price match requests. Bought my parts from them and everything is working perfectly. I can’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Fantastic service, easy to deal with and accommodating. Prices are the lowest in NZ for everything I've bought from them. When I requested a refund for a product (that they had not yet shipped) I received it in 3 minutes, I was actually astonished at how fast it was. They were also quick to answer questions via email. Terrible experience. Bought a simple mouse online with the expectation to have within 1 hour as the email suggested. 4 days later, I still don't have the mouse. Watch out before you buy anything. Edit: I'll be honest. I was really upset because I just wanted the mouse that I spent a lot of money and I wanted asap. I bought thinking I'd have it within 1 day at max. But my review was too harsh on you. I can understand the situation and my emotions didn't allow me to make a right review. But at this stage, I already bought another mouse for much cheaper and I don't have the energy to grab the one I bought from you. If I can have a refund, that'd great and I'll change my review to 5 stars.

I purchased a mouse from Computer Lounge, the Logitech G Pro Wireless, and 2 weeks later the wireless Receiver started to play up and not work. I emailed them, their team told me to bring it in for testing. They tested it when I came in, confirmed it was faulty and GAVE ME A REPLACEMENT!! Absolutely amazing service. Christmas Miracle ;)

These guys legit know their stuff. During lockdown I urgently needed to quickly setup a home office. I had just purchased a new M1 mac and needed to connect two monitors to it. Unbeknown to me, this was virtually impossile (Google it - you'll see what I mean) until the lads @ Computer Lounge stepped up to the task. They recommended the right combination of equipment to see me through. I don't live in Auckland, and we're in Level 4 lockdown! Albeit, everything arrived in 2-days and everything "just works". Ordered parts for a system from here to build myself. They specified and made sure all parts and even double checked a few days after my build that it had gone well and everything was working. Couldn't be more happy with the guys at computer lounge.

Goods were ordered on Friday and arrived the next Tuesday (during lockdown in Auckland). Easy to use website. Would order from them again.

Not the best service when returning faulty components. It was a huge hassle causing me to personally return 4 times over 5 days to sort it out. When you clearly have replacement in stock you only need to do a 30 second test to confirm faulty go out back and get a new one. Not make me sit through paperwork and not believing me that the part was indeed dead

Bought a $800 SSD from them and everything went great... they shipped on the same day and I received the prodct on the next day. I also called them to ask for advise and service was great in that area as well, already spend +5k with computer lounge and I will probably only work with CL as my main supplier. Initially was a good experience, staff going over and beyond for my order. I ordered a cablemod extension kit and a seperate 8 pin Cable for my 3080. The stand alone 8 pin was out of stock ,the staff member went the extra mile to source me one from an extension kit which had a spare 8 pin cable. I was told that it was all sorted and is ready to be picked up. My mate was kind enough to pick it up for me as a favour since I live in the North Shore, unfortunately the stand alone 8 pin cable was not processed and was forgotten as part of the order. Usually not a big deal but since I live on the other side of the bridge this is now a hassle. I appreciate your staff going the extra mile, it’s just unfortunate that now that I will have to pay for shipping even though I already sorted for my orders to be picked up knowing that everything was there when it wasn’t. I understand that shipping is only 3 dollars, but it’s still an amount that I didn’t need to spend. **EDIT** Sherwin got in touch and sorted it out for me. He was kind enough to ship it free of charge. Thanks CL!!

Well, since I found quite a few 1 stars recently I'll throw a review through. Sent an order through 3 hours ago for click and collect expecting a few days wait. Purely on account of the good reviews I saw, and his email responses, I felt I could trust them, and got the Blue Yeti microphone from him. Located near the Sylvia Park shopping mall, Computer Lounge can be found close by. They have both an Online and Offline retail store. I had recently purchased an Corsair 275 case here for my build and I was amazed by the experience. I had talked with Paul and he was kind to explain everything clearly in an unbiased way that helped me clear my thoughts. I would absolutely recommend a visit here if you are looking for competitively priced computer goods and good service.

I recently purchased a Motherboard and other PC parts from Computer Lounge. The CPU I wanted was not in stock so I went elsewhere for this. As it happened there was a massive delay every where for this CPU so I changed to another brand - requiring another M Bd socket type. my issue was resolved by Rohit. He was very understanding of my issue and concerns and they were promptly dealt with. I initially had an issue with my order that wasnt solved immediately, but once Rohit found out about it, he turned my experience around and now i am very satisfied with my purchase.

Good range of products and pretty good prices. The shop is a bit small but has most things you might need. They also have some products not available at other stores. However, customer service for warranty is not great. They claim there is no fault when there is definitely a fault of the product. At least the situation was resolved in the end, but the process was quite tricky.

I get more points on my fuel card than what they have when you buy components. Overall, still a good place to buy reasonably priced pc hardware. Better than PB tech I would say.

I had an issue with my headset I went in screaming at them, and the guy at the desk handled it really well, and was still willing to help me. I felt extremely stupid at the end because the troubleshooting steps they provided me made me realize the fault was actually on my own computer not the headset. I then apologized to him the next day and bought a Bluetooth headset for a good price. Would definitly recommend them even if they are a little Shop their service is extremely good!

They have a great little shop with some great prices . I brought a laptop from there and played part of it using the loan company they use , credit capable , and they made the process easy as . All I had to do was sign some paper work and pay my deposit and I walk out the door with my new laptop in under 30min . I currently have it in for a warranty repair and will update this when I get it back . Staff are extremely helpful and are ready with smiles . To date my experience with computer lounge has been a definite 100 out of 10

Wow! First build for me and they have everything you need for the best price! From what I've seen, these guys are almost always in stock with things that PB and Playtech never seem to bother restocking. I'd rather go to these guys than wait weeks just to pay a tiny margin of the price difference thanks. Quite happy with the customer service provided also, as I bought a reservoir from Playtech originally and they gave me the completely wrong unit, went to these fellas and they pointed it out straight away. These guys are great. They stock a lot of products others don't, for example - high end audio (both playback and recording) as well as enthusiast cooling equipment. Particularly the Noctua fan series. They provide advice and opinion, rather than just one. They don't co-erce you into decisions, but instead listen to what you want to accomplish and consider your budget. Very knowledgeable staff.

If you want quality equipment at competitive prices this is the best place. What I really like is the sales staff know their stuff, and can make excellent recommendations, sometimes saving a good about of money. Highly recommended for quality computer and audio gear.

The guys that work here know what they talking about. I would recommend to check out their in store displays, a few custom PC's and ultra wide monitors. If I could give 6 stars, I would. This place has the best PC gear in stock. Literally if they stock it, it's worth buying. I used to buy my PC gear from Playtech, and they are also good. But Computer Lounge has surpassed them in every way in later years. The Mech Keyboard selection is outstanding. They also do watercooled rigs, and I can tell that they actually know what they are doing from the display models. We're talking full loops with custom braided cables. Not just a Corsair loop bolted on a CPU, we're talking custom blocks for 1080ti's. I have often admired their Audio gear when i stop by to pickup orders, or deal with RMAs (which by the way, they are incredible to deal with when addressing issues. No nonsense). I am an audiophile on a budget. I have a pair of higher end Sennheisers (HD600) and a reasonable headphone amp (02) at home. At work, some HD 25s, and some Shure 215 IEMs for any other time. I decided to ask if i could try out some headphones on display. It must have been my lucky day... When asked what pair of cans I wanted to try, I asked to try the best they had. I was expecting something like HD660s from Sennheiser. Instead, I was lead into a back room and had my mind blown listening to a pair of Sennheisers HE1 Orpheus electrostatic headphone amp combo. These guys have literally the best, most expensive headphones in the world, and they let me sit there and choose a few songs on tidal to have a listen to. I tell you, my mind was racing. For me as an audio enthusiast, this literally made my heart skip a beat. Deciding what to play was difficult to say the least. Part of me is trying to work out what the best recordings in terms of sound quality is... Rage against the Machine on that famous neve console maybe? Those audio guys always use it right? In the end settled on some Radiohead and some Submotion Orchestra. People sometimes ask what you would take to a desert island. I know what I'd pick now. These guys made my day, week, and month. Truely the best customer expirience I've ever had. I liked the shop before, but now I won't be going anywhere else.

The guy in charge, Billy, is really helpful if you're looking for a quality product and he lets you test out stuff to see if you want to buy it e.g. headphones. the communication is excellent, there products are excellent but the only downside I had was the price of the headphones I wanted to buy were just too expensive (which I could understand because he needs to make a living) and I could get them for a much better price off Expansys for $150 less which was more within my budget. But other than those headphones they had a great selection of computer parts and audio products at a reasonable price.

Had to RMA my Corsair AX750 after 3 years of use, went in and filled out a form, about a week later, CL called to tell me that my new AX760i PSU was ready to pick up, couldn't have asked for better service, no questions asked. would definitely buy from here even if it is a little more expensive than other stores.

If i ever have any issues they are quick to fix them, prices are good and even if it is 20-40 more expensive to get it from computer lounge im happy to pay extra just to be safe. Have used them alot and wont be changing anytime soon.

Brought a x570 board from CL, had issues with it not booting at all. Advised CL they told me to bring it back asap and RMA it the next day, no issues or nothing. Kept me up to date on the process and within a few weeks got it back, even the bios was updated for me. I'm so glad I didn't buy my mb and cpu upgrade from pbtech, their RMA procedure takes a lifetime.
