I've had ETC build and maintain my PCs for over a decade. They know their business, they always have the best prices, they're easy to communicate with and incredibly reliable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Purchased online - monitor is great! Very reasonable price, quick response to any email correspondence.

15 years using them; always good service; they fix things and charge a fixed price not an exhorbitant hourly rate. Latest purchase was a USB dock, they recommended one, shipped, good price. BUt it's the repairs that make these guys special - the number of nightmares they have saved me from!

These guys really know there stuff. Replaced my laptop Hard drive and Key board. $250. Including transferring all my data. Goes so much faster. Very happy

I travel from the far North to Auckland to deal with these guys as they are trustworthy extremely reasonably priced and the service is second to none. My computer was old and overheating they checked it out in front of me explained the problems and solutions, they really know their stuff. I had my computer replaced with a much more up to date reconditioned model, they also gave me a trade in price on my old computer for an amazing price, they transferred all my data from my old computer, which took them hours, for $1.00 I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else thank you ETC

Always a pleasure to conduct business with these people they are friendly and efficient and have been like this for as long as I have been dealing with them which is about 6 7 years.

I have been going to this PC Store for many years and never been disappointed. I brought it my current laptops and they helped me pick out the appropriate components that will work with the computer and installed them. I recently had a full PC built by them and was very pleased with the service. I chose a model they had and I upgraded and changed what I wanted without any issue. Best part was they built it for the me the same day. A year later and PC is running strong as ever. I have no problems with this store despite what others may think. They have a good range of products and know their stuff. The may not be as well presented as big stores but it's a small privately owned business so I am fine with that. It's got character. Parking is never an issue as there's a spacious carpark just access is difficult if you are in the wrong lane.

Top service and very knowledgeable technician/owner. Have problem with ny computer, the other computer shop cannot fix it, and then going to this shop Etc Computers, my CPU problems can be fixed in a matter of 6 hours and at the price of a fraction of the other shop quote. Really recommended

I have has several PCs and upgrades from ETC Computers, New Lynn over the last 10 plus years. The pricing and service has always been good and I have no hesitation in recommending the store.

Took my PC in after the video card fan broke and the monitor had no video input. They suggested a better video card (which I am loving), installed it and offered advice on what else I could do to improve my pc performance for next time. Very affordable, highly professional speedy service, I'm definitely going back again

Unfortunately they don't fix single keys on keyboard and questioning if they can order spare parts I only got a "no" - other shops at least tried to direct me to other repairs who might be able to help.

I have been going here for a number of years bought blank dvds to keyboards headphones and find them efficient and value for the money.They also can fix your computer which i have used them for that and a good job.I reccommed this place.
