J.Great service! So accommodating! I needed my ipad mini glass replaced within an hour and Shawn was happy to do it for me! Nobody else I called today could offer that service at a really good price (within Auckland). Highly recommended for sure. Thank you again for your great and friendly service! 😊
R.Really great service. I have needed to have several screens replaced on phones recently as well as batteries replaced on iPhone in the past. Fairfax are always friendly helpful and quick. The work done is always high quality and I would highly recommend
A.I had a cracked iphone 5s screen and after calling all the other phone screen replacement companies around Auckland, I settled for FairFix because they were the cheapest compared to the other places in the North Shore and the owner Sean was very kind and informative over the phone. (the prices on his website don't include GST though just as a warning.)
Sean was very lovely and he did good work, however I had to return 3 times at my inconvenience because my phone kept glitching with the first screens he put on. (can't remember what they were called.)
The problems only stopped the third time when he put on a slightly more expensive one, but he didn't charge me extra for it because there were small spots in the corners of the screen which are not very noticeable.
First time took ~1 hour, second time took ~1 day and the third time took ~5 hours - each time he replaced the screen.
Overall, good experience but would've been greater if my phone worked properly the first time.
H.Such a positive experience and great finish on the work! Cheap and had my iPad screen repaired within the hour the LCD was cracked and he fixed it free of charge. Super freindly and great work .5 starts for excellent service
J.Brilliant service, not only did Sean fix my cracked phone, he even advised me that my phone was slightly bent and he would fix it for the same price. Awesome guy, awesome service and at a very reasonable price. A real pleasure to deal. Very highly recommended!
G.During my travel to NZ i have dropped my good old Samsung S3 at Airport and have cracked the screen =( Because this was a present from my wife i have chosen to repair it instead of replacement with the new phone and with help of FairFix and especially Sean that was done quick and professional.
