Amazing selection. One of the bigger stores with all you need, from hardware to records and CD/DVD.

The click and collect service is very slow. I had to ring the store and hold for about 10 minutes to find out that my order was ready (and in essence that they were too busy to email me advice that the item was ready to collect). It was the worst click and collect service I have encountered. You are far better to purchase in store. I ordered one item online at the same time. The online order and delivery service is very efficient, and far quicker than the click and collect option.

Always pretty good in here, plenty of stick and at reasonable prices too. Still the best range of dvd's in the area now. Good to see the store exercising proper covid precautions as well.

JB could not have been anymore helpful and accomodating. Mara the Manager and the sales guy made the exchange totally hassle-free. You can really see a great service ethic in a store when things go wrong and they put them right quickly and with a smile. Keep up the great work!

Good place for all your music, DVD, stereo, tv's ,mobiles, gaming and computer needs with a lot of other things in between. Customer service ain't too bad, but they seem rushed and flustered. Aisles are abit crammed in places.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, however it did take a while for them to come over and help us. However other than that the store had a wide variety of electronics and some good deals! I highly reccomend going to this store. When our card was declined the staff were very patient and helpful in completing the transaction.

They cram a lot of stuff in this shop, so you might struggle finding what you want without also finding something else that you simply "must have". If you really can't find what you want the super helpful staff will sort you out.

They were OK, but because they don't have display models of gaming chairs, or even anything you can look at (eg put together before you take it away) , we ended up having to exchange it the next week, at another branch as Albany had run out of the better model since then. The New Lynn branch was much better.

I guess as with all places stock is hard to come by. It also just dawned on me that customer service is only really offered when you're cruising around the laptop and ipad area.

Pretty good here. There was a staff member who was absolutely amazing he has a green tattoo on his arm but sadly I can't remember his name. His customer service was above and beyond he even helped us after the sale had finished.

I bought the kids a couple of sets of headphones for Xmas and one set stopped working. The staff managed to find my transaction despite me losing my receipt and giving them all all the wrong details to help them find it. They replaced the headphones without fuss and my kid is really happy again. I'm impressed with the excellent staff and superb customer service.

Love this place. Great selection of games for all platforms. Great music section for accessories as well. Biggest selection of Iron Maiden vinyl I've seen in the country, so that's an instant 5-star there.

Great Store. Bought a slim seagate hard drive that I used once and ended up malfunctioning. I took it back and got a replacement but paid extra for a better model. Its now working perfectly! Thank you guys!

Visiting this branch is always nothing short of pleasant. Staffs are always available, very helpful and accommodating. I have not yet looked for something that this branch does not have which only speaks very well about how they are on top of their inventory. Good job to the staffs!

Really good place to buy our music and our cell phones and kitchen appliances. The staff are friendly helpful and some of them are wonderful. We have been buying our music for a while now from Albany and or Wairau. Bryn at Wairau and Maddie and Martina at Albany Westfield especially have been so kind patient and wonderful!
