There Click and Collect is Absolutely excellent I placed an order online around 10pm Wednesday knowing full well I might have to wait 2-3 days I received a email on Thursday stating our Item would be ready in the afternoon they gave me a time slot the attendant approached I displayed my printout and ID and my phone online receipt he then left the trolley and stood back 2 meters I picked our Gaming Tt esports keyboard and mouse combo from their trolley with receipt dockets attached to the box I stood back 2 meters and they Retrieved their trolley I thanked him so much then left the Manukau pickup Service bay I was fully Relieved they really cared for my family by Demonstrating covid 19 safety Protocols in Action.

Went there today with my sister, was waiting in line and noticed one of the staff at the counter, she was looking my way so I looked back at her. Damn she was beautiful 😍 pakeha/european, black hair, glasses, black top, light blue jeans. Someone help me find her social media 😂

Went to the manukau branch which was not busy on Saturday about 1230pm and could not find the QR code. Still I walked in but could not find the car charger I wanted so walked out again and on the way out I saw the QR code hidden by a display of sorts on the right hand side as you walk out. So I scaned that and made an entry.

Really helpful staff member that helped me choose a new soundbar. He asked lots of questions and I ended up getting a smaller cheaper one which fitted my needs perfectly. Even after having a little issue with the installation, I simply went back the next day, the tested it and found a small fault and I walked out 10 minutes later with a brand new replacement that has been great ever since. Nice to deal with a company in this day and age that still put such a high value on service! Thanks again.... will be back.

As I have said before: for Electronics, CDs, Records, Computers and household Cleaning, cooking gear etc - it is a one stop shop. Allow yourself plenty of time to look around and compare items you are interested in. Help is always available with no pressure to purchase. Their huge TV screens are unbeleivable to say the least. Pop in and have a bo-peep yourself and I will leave it at that. Happy Shopping for 2021.

Pretty good service. Bought a Bose Soundbar 700 and Subwoofer on Labour weekend last year, then a few weeks later saw it $200 cheaper at Noel Leeming. Called them up and they were happy to refund me the difference! Stoked!

Found exactly what I wanted online. Went to Botany branch but found when talking to salesperson that they had sold out. Very customer services oriented female staff member helped me locate the product I wanted at Manukau branch and had it reserved for me. A trip to Manukau where I received the same good service and I received the item I wanted. It was a relatively small purchase in the scale of what they sell but the service was excellent and the experience good. Well done JB Hi-Fi.

I love JB, their pricing is very competitive, and a nice range of goods. Once it was the only place to get vinyl. Although, packing in domestic appliances into the same size shops has limited the other items they stock. Seems quite tight on space. Staff are friendly and willing to talk things through rather than the usual sales pitch etc. Still my main go to store for TV's, HiFi, etc.

I went into JB Hi-Fi today with full intention to purchase a new p30. I dealt with Azmat who was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. Yeah I like this store. Plenty of toys and you don't get the 'Can I help you' mesaage from slaes reps. We'll set out. Security don't look like they judge your every move. They look and are friendly.

This JB Hi-Fi is located inside the Westfield Manukau Shopping Centre. It is large and has a fairly big range of products. Unfortunately, during my latest visit, they had several empty displays for cell phones which was what I was there to see. The Apple counter was fairly well stocked and so was the Samsung, but the other displays were visibly damaged and several phones were taken off display. In the end, I ended up going elsewhere to look at phones because the badly maintained cell phone display was discouraging.
