L.The service was excellent, the price right, but I must have struck a dud Xiaomi phone because it stopped working within a fortnight. Continually going round and round the reboot loop no matter what I did. Not the store's fault.
It was taken back to PB Tech Henderson, they couldn't get it to work, and they were very reluctant to ensure that this deaf old lady had a working phone while the crook one was sent to head office for further investigation. Eventually a credit note was given.
I now have no working phone, and a credit note which probably can't be used online. Pain!
L.Great Price to Performance Products. Have brought many of their products Redmi note 3, Redmi 4x, Mi 8, Mi bands and Mi TVs and am satisfied with every purchase! I managed to get a $5 powerbank as well after they were almost sold out instantly I managed to get one after someone took it out of their cart. For all you guys complaining you didn't get what you wanted you can't blame the store for that, Yes the stores website immediately went down but if you waited a few minutes it came back up and if you didn't get something then, then you just needed to wait a bit more. Lots of people were taking items out of Thier cart and half an our later all of my friends managed to have power banks. If you wanted something you just had to wait a bit.
T.G10 vacuum charger blew up and sent burning components flying while asleep. Would've burned the house killing me while I slept but luckily I had some fireproof material on floor underneath. If it had fallen on the carpet I would be dead. If you value your life, don't buy this product. I will be lodging complaint with the commerce commission.
UPDATE: I was contacted by PB Tech and offered a replacement model and apology.
Z.Great experience shopping at XiaoMi. Lot of great products, electrical scooter really drive me crazy. Mi rice cooker must be on purchase list with multiple functions. Eating rice cooked by Mi rice cooker make me feel at home. Definitely purchase more products on next visit.
D.Just purchased my Xiaomi rice cooker from the store this morning. The staff in store was friendly and quick to process through my purchase. The store looks amazing as it is bright and clean. I have visited a couple of times prior and had always been tempted to try Xiaomi's ecosystem and now I can start with this Rice cooker.
P.S. Kelvin from Xiaomi's customer service team is extremely helpful and friendly. I have not experienced such quick responses and follow-up with any other company. Just from our interactions through email, I can definitely recommend Xiaomi to anyone looking for great service accompanied with great products.
