Highly recommend!! Super quick and great value for money. The best part was I'd taken it to another shop in the mall the day before who quoted me $500+ GST to repair and a week turnaround. NZ electronics fixed for 1/3 of the price and in 15 minutes. Awesome job!

Paras was incredibly efficient and kind, hands down way better than going to an apple help/repair. We Called apple store and they told us it would take at-least 2 weeks to replace the disk, Paras got it done in just 24 hours. Got my data back as well. The staff is really nice and professional. They gave a phone call after running diagnosis on my DELL laptop and explained the problem, how it can be fixed and the cost. The price is appropriate, and 90 days warranty is provided after repair. It only took one day to fix the flickering screen. A good experience!

I had taken in my iPhone 8 plus for a screen replacement. Very good service and price too. It only took about 40 minutes to replace the whole screen. Would definitely be coming back for further electronic repairs. ONnly downfall I found is that since replacing the screen for an OEM screen, I noticed that the touch sensitivity / speed seems a little buggy/jumpy. It doesnt recognize my finger swiping or when texting. I would have to either press down on the screen with a bit more force. Overall, good experience. Thanks

Really quick and easy. Asked what pricing was like to get a battery replaced at 3.30 on a Saturday and by 4.30 both my phone and my partner’s had brand new batteries with excellent health for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend, this was made ridiculously easy!

Brought my phone in, they ordered the screen, and for a very good price my phone screen was repaired good as new. Customer service was brilliant as well. They don't let you watch, but they record the repair in case you have any problems. I will recommend to friends and use again if need be. :))

Went to get a battery replacement and fortunately I had a ph savvy 24 yr old with me who when checking my battery health after the replacement noticed it wasnt at 100%. I queried why and after they took my ph they advised me that they put in an old battery by mistake! Very lucky I had a friend with me who knew phones. Took 1hr 30 mins but if this mistake hadn't happened it would have been a 30 minute wait and a great price.

The staff is very nice, the service extremely fast and the prices the best I’ve found on the shore. Only thing I’d have to say is they have two different screen types for replacement; genuine ones and a cheaper version; I went for the cheaper one which I’m still pleased with but the lighting is not as great (the staff had let me know before) and the pressure touch not as accurate (I wasn’t told for this one). So I’ll definitely take the genuine version for an extra $50 next time (if I break my screen again). Overall I’m pleased.

This repair center is perhaps the best on the north shore, if not all of Auckland. I called them up asking how much it would cost to get my iPhone 5s screen repaired and they said that they could fix it for $148 incl GST and within 30 minutes. Originally I didn't want to go to them because I found another repair center that I thought was cheaper. Turns out that when I got to the other repair shop they had a two-day turnaround and if I wanted my phone sooner, they would make me pay an extra $50. The service provided at NZ Electronics Repair was exceptional, the repair was quick, the price was right, and they were very kind. I highly recommend them and I will go back whenever my gadgets are in need of repair.

Ps if apple store staff give you an exorbitant price for repairs or tell you it's not worth the repair costs - GO To NZ Electronics in Milford you will be pleasantly surprised. $39 to diagnose the issue on your device, this is deducted off your final charge (their estimates are usually pretty spot on so no suprises)

I went to NZ ELECTRONICS REPAIR to fix the screen and battery on my iPhone 6. It was very fast (30 mins aprox). The screen surpassed my expectations. The battery was great, but only for about 3 months. From then on it became worse by the day. I tried contacting them and they managed to satisfy me. They offered to replace my battery if it was damaged (they offered to test it free of charge). I went to their shop and they happily replaced my battery. I want to recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants great costumer service.

Got my phone screen and digitalizer fixed here, staff were friendly and efficient although i had an issue with the screen where it seemed to be ungluing and this caused it to crack when i dropped it from a small height. After alerting the shop they contacted me within an hour and had me bring my phone in. It was repaired by the end of the day. Would definitely recommend as they stick to their word about there 3 month warranty, and you can trust if theres a problem on there end it will be resolved quickly.

I had my phone repaired at this place, the service seemed good. But once I got home the glue they used to stick the screen on started coming loose and the screen was coming off. I took the phone back and asked them to fix it, which they did without hesitation, but about a month later the screen came off again and has cracked due to not being attached properly. Now I feel if I take it back, I will be charged again and the same thing will happen. I've seen some luck with people but I guess I may have been one of the customers where something went wrong.

After getting a battery replacement for my iPhone 6 the battery life have improved massively and the waiting time was not too long (10-15 min). The bloke at the counter was friendly and there's good service as well. however once i got home i realised that the battery usage data in my settings app is not available. I went to the store again on the next day and it's the same bloke changed a new battery for me. Now the data appeared again and everything is working fine again and I would defo recommend this store to anyone who wants to get their electronics repaired.

Job: I brought in a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini with a cracked screen and a 2013 Macbook Air with a cracked trackpad. I booked in for 9:00am through their website chat service and had both repairs complete for pick-up by 12:00pm. These cost approximately $90 and $150 respectively. At the risk of sounding like an infomercial: Service: prompt and polite with clear communication. Products: Successfully repaired to a high quality for what I considered an affordable price (beats the majority of alternative outlets). I am very impressed by the macbook repair services given to me by NZ Electronics Repair. I had a latest 2017 touchbar macbook pro gifted by my son and just 40 days old and I split tea on it accidentally. No Insurance unfortunately. I called many places around auckland but nobody was fixing my 2017 macbook. Machine worth around $3300 was fixed in $425 by NZ electronics Repair within 24 hours. It's worth to drive from other side of the bridge as recommended by my friend.

When you take your device into a repair shop, you would expect them to know what is wrong when they do the diagnostic and fix it accordingly. When i went in to pick up my laptop after they phoned me to say its all fixed, i played around with it to see if it really was fixed and nope. Turns out the screen wasnt the problem (as they previously stated it was) and after another 5 minute wait for them to check it again, the problem is something else. After another day of waiting they said that they couldnt find the other part to completely fix the problem. Just disappointed with the diagnostic process not actually finding the real problem and having to go back and forth between the shop. Updated from 2 to 4 stars: While the process was a bit disappointing, the outcome has been much better. Dealt with my problem professionally and appropriately. Thank you

Services was good but I didn't read the website properly and it said "excludes GST" which they added 15% on top of $289 to fix my camera and screen iphone 6plus (which I thought was fair) but it came up to about $332.43 I ended up paying more than I thought I was going to pay. Oh paid for screen protector and they put it on crooked....... 🙃🙃😀 wouldn't go back but time and service is great.
