C.Awesome service from Yang at NZ Laptops. He sourced a hard drive for me to replace some aged equipment and transferred programme and data. Super quick, efficient, and patient. He knew exactly what the problem was and what I needed. Even though my purchase was low $$ value, he helped with printer driver set up when I came back in and didn't charge. Totally recommend, will definitely be going back to these guys for next upgrade or repair.
A.There are a few things I like about NZ Laptops. I like the handy location, the easy parking, and the opportunity to buy great tech for a really attractive price (last count, one laptop, one iPad, one iPhone and an iPad keyboard). But the thing I like most is their steady, generous, respectful customer service. Uncommonly good. I warmly recommend Glenn and his team.

D.Bought a 2nd hand mac mini. Had a few issues with the apple migration tool which stopped it from working properly. Got a really quick response from the team & they worked through it with me until it was completely resolved. They even offered for me to drop it into themt to fix, even though it was the migration tool that was the issue - not their equipment. Everything working perfectly now & such great value! Highly recommend :)

A.I just purchased a new battery to replace my current in my MacBook Air. The product arrived safely, and it looks like it is very good quality, for about 20 dollars cheaper than other sites. They were super good to ship the battery, I ordered it on a Monday night, and I had it by Wednesday. So far I recommend this company and really happy with the product.

S.Historically I've used this company a couple of times in the past few years for Mac repairs. Once again the team at NZ Laptops have helped with sound advice and excellent service.
After comtemplating buying a new Mac computer, they saved the day and my dollars. Enabling me to refurbish my 2013 MacPro 5,1 with economical hardware upgrades, that makes it viable to run latest Mac OS and latest software programmes. J.I took my 7 yr old laptop into Glen from NZ Laptops. There were no parts avalible in NZ, so they hunted down parts from asia and priority shipped them here. All for a small $200 fix. That's pretty awesome service I think!
They were straight up honest, friendly and gave good advice on an eventual upgrade I"ll need.

I left the Macbook pro in a shop for about one week and they could narrow down to the possible communication problem between hard disk and motherboard but failed to go further down to solve the problem.
