I had no idea these guys had changed they are no longer a store but just a click and collect can't look in there anymore but it's fine that's the only reason for the 4 stars, but customer service is all good very friendly and helpful.

Hi, I have nothing but excellent things to say about PB Tech. I have now ordered many and various computer and electronic related products from PB Tech including products from $100 to $2k and they have impressed me each time which I didn't expect. Their deliveries during this covid lock down have been so fast, i honestly don't know how they do it, but each product has arrived within a couple of days. I even bought a new phone and case for my daughter in Brisbane through their NZ website on a Monday afternoon here, and they were both delivered to her on Friday that same week at her front door, during lock down in 4 days, I think that is just amazing, and if it hadn't of happened to me, I would not of believed it possible, especially when you think of all the steps involved in actually achieving that. A friend said to me, they just got from an aussie shop, but I know thats not true, because I have all the tracking information, Brisbane Airport, aus customs, Aust Post paperwork etc, I can't even get an aussie retailer in her same state to deliver that fast, so well done PB Tech. I had one product that I had to get a return ticket for, after emailing them one afternoon at about 2pm, i received an approval and ticket return number the next morning, no problems, again thats very fast and efficient for a large company. There website is easy to use, I do a lot of my shopping online because it's fast and convenient and when they have stock at my local store, which is Henderson and when click and collect is available it's easy to go down and pick up. All in all I am just so impressed with their Prices, the Staff know their stuff, range is large, the website is easy to navigate, checkout is fast and they have several payments options if you want to take advantage of those, like Laybuy, AfterPay, Zip, Humm and more and as mentioned I have not used any other retailer here in NZ that can deliver a product bought online as fast as PB Tech does, it really is amazing how they do it so I have no hesitation in giving them 5 Stars because they totally deserve it. Received great service at this store. Had to return a modem which was not compatible with my home set up. Quick and easy process even though I had purchased the item using Humm. Head office quickly refunded humm and sorted everything out for me easily. Bravo 🙌

You can't go past PB Tech in general, but PB Tech Henderson is great. Great service from this team (and the other branches too, but I use this one the most). Pleased to see you can go in with the product code you want (checking in store stock is ok) and pay eftpos over the counter still.

They changed their set up, you'll only see people at the counter. Although it didn't allow me to wonder around like a normal woman in a wild, they kinda saved my time and instantly handed over what I need to buy.

The store itself was fine and the staff were helpful though the whole experience was not great. I purchased a product online and received the incorrect one, when attempting to return it I was told this was the correct product even though the website shows something clearly different. The staff said "the images were misleading but this is what you purchased", which is not a great shopping experience.

Best products at the most affordable price. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Huge range of products in store but you can also check online to see if they have stock. Really great if you can get parking right products the behind the store. Would highly recommend the store and all the other branches too. Online ordering is also usually very fast and they generally ship products the same day if they are in stock.

I was disappointed that you can no longer walk around and browse throughout the store, however I understand that this is so they can hold more stock and offer a wider range of selection. The staff were friendly, however it took 3 attemps to retrieve the right product, even when I showed them the picture of it on their website. This probably has to do with the large selection though so I can't blame them. The price of the item I brought was excellently priced and the staff were friendly.

Happy that our local PBTech store in Henderson stocked the Home Security cameras I was after (Arlo Essential 2pk security cameras) as another retailer I had enquired with had none in stock instore so would had to have ordered in. Product was $20 cheaper at PBTech also. Glad to be able to use Humm to make my purchase, just wish I had been told that the finance surcharge Humm charges PBTech is passed onto the customer as it added an extra $14 to my purchase that I only discovered when I did the maths after I got home. Not too big of a deal, but I would've opted to just chuck it on Eftpos to save money if I had known. Haven't been charged a surcharge for using Humm/Afterpay/Laybuy before so this was a first for me.

Great for finding all the gear for your computer, phone even chairs. Prices are hard to beat! Awesome store, located in a busy area where buses will literally run you over. Customer service from those on the floor. But when you get to the counter the ladies at the check out make you feel like buying online and waiting a few days for it to arrive is better than dealing with them. They chat in their own language amongst themselves while serving you. No hello, or friendly smiles. Just an awkward silence after I've said hello and thank you bye or chatter to their colleague's even after you paid 1000s for something. Other than that the shop is great it has monitors, camera gear, the latest phones, computer parts, batteries and chargers. Great shop! They can service your computer too. 3 stars for price and variety. Customer service at check out is dismal.

This is a pb tech express store where there is no showroom. Just a counter in front of a large warehouse. If you know what you want you can do a web click and collect order else order at the counter to get your goods picked while you wait

Zidan Zou was the salesperson who helped me out - super helpful! I went in to enquire about a charger for my MacBook pro. I didn’t bring my charger or laptop - the salesperson who I first talked to was a bit hesitant but Zidan was super helpful, helped me discern which model my laptop was and which charger i needed. Saved me an extra trip! Very appreciative- thanks for the awesome customer service.

Great range of electrical and electronic products. Computers of various types and grades to meet the budget conscious through to the gamer. Base line and upscale headsets and earphones. I liked the Ultimate Ears speaker set up/display that you get to trial the speakers. The range of staff is amazing (good and bad). Mostly very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Others sit and watch. Others highly technically upbeat and enthusiastic.

It's good it's got what you need, it's an express version of the bigger stores. It's convenient if you're a westie, however, if you want more variety and more stock you're best to go to the penrose store!

Their selection is quite limited. Now they also turned the shop into a store basically so you can't see the goods directly until you ask for them. However, there's an asian guy at the counter who has actually proven multiple times to be very honest and knowledgeable. Last time I needed some technical details on differences between some routers and how NZ home internet setup differs from the rest of the world and his explanation was very insightful.

Parking around there is a bit of an issue. Shop has now changed to more like click and collect place where you can't walk down the isles and displays to buy. However the staff are friendly and helpful.

I received great customer service the other day. I wanted to return a new bluetooth mouse that had stopped working. They investigated and showed that the problem was with my tablet, which I hadn't bought from them. They still took the time to check out the tablet and show me how to fix it.

Other tech shops are overpriced wheres PB tech offer you with best solution with best suitable product. All the staff there are friendly. Asked for Cat5 ethernet cable ($10), was told to wait while they physically search the stock as they dont believe they have one. WShe got back and told me that they looked and could only find Cat6 ($20). So I went in store and found a Cat5 cable with ease. Up date from my last visit here the store here is totally been renovated you now go up to an available counter for your pick up or return services and purchases... Ok store went to purchase external hard drive.They have signage to where you pick up from ordering on there website but no sign indicating pay here.Stupid ..3 or 4 counters not transparent enough i went to the front counter was told go to other put up sign pay here!!

A staff helped me but gave me the wrong cord for my phone. Oversight on my part as well since I wasn't feeling well, I didn't notice. But to be fair, my phone was big so it could be mistaken for a tab. I bought it, went back to the office, found out it wasn't the right cord, went back, and had a refund done. Nice, friendly staff with a good range of reasonably priced goods. Parking is a bit sparse with only a few parks around the back, but there are on-street options on the other side of the road and of course West City less than 100m down the road.

I took my desktop to PB Tech Henderson for repair. The cause of the problem was due to the BIO update. And one of the techs took like 5 minutes to fix and he honestly said "It didn't take much of the time, did it" and told me there's no fee for this kind of problem after I offered him the cost of the repair.
