The Bose headphones are so damn good. I use for gaming, listening to music and on my morning walk. What’s better is the ear pads are replaceable and pb stocks them so they are like new again. 10/10 best buy last 5 years

My experience at Pb tech Penrose was awesome!! And all because of Harry R. ! This dude is so knowledgeable, it was just so easy to shop. I knew nothing about fps, g-sync and he helped me choose the perfect monitor for my gaming laptop and knew. You can see how he loves technology. I went in thinking I would spend hours trying to compare the screens, but this guy made it so easy!! I told him what I needed and he explained it all. Pro and cons of the monitors, which one should I get and all. I was so happy with the service it made my day. Thank you Harry! Please keep the motivation and knowledge you have ! So impressive.

Massive store, plenty of staff there and quite helpful as well. Ive ordered the new S22 and the lady spoke very good English. Seems to have everything you need inside with parking out the front. Pretty good electronic store and will definitely visit again.

Great customer service. I bought $300 worth of PC parts. 2x8gb ram and a new power supply. They do need an extra technician to repair devices because you have to wait in a 3 week queue. The staff are very good, they guided me through the parts which would be compatible with my old pc. Another flaw is that there aren't many parking spaces, so on discount days you have to park somewhere far away from the store. But yeah great store overall.

Visited this store to buy a new phone. I was bit disappointed as i was not able to browse. But mitesh was very helpful and suggested me phone a good phone. Really happy with my purchase and will visit again in future.

Best tech store in the city. Amazing collection, verity and good customer service. Even prices are good and amazing offers on special occasions.

Only 1 cashier available when I was there. This produced a long queue of customers. I missed my bus because of this, of course.

This place is perfect for PC goods. Perfect service as everyone seems to know everything about their products. Will always come here for that purpose.

Being going for years. One of the better branches friendly staff. During these times it's just a purchase shop cannot browse around. There phone app helps with searching what you need.

Great service, friendly staff and had exactly what I was looking at on the website.

It was good to get what I needed. However 1 staff member serving all the customers was rediculous. The queues were horrible. The parking was also horrendous. There were no provisions for disabled customers and the dangerous negotiation of a hill was extremely difficult

Very big, lots of tech. Seems to not allow on store browsing at the moment. Some carparking but it does get busy.

Parking is an issue here. Probably got all the new tech available but prices should be compared.

PB Tech have their refunds and returns issues resolved. But you still cannot go into the store and browse. Service is still very good but hey PB tech please bring back the full browse experience

I visited PB Electronics to buy a cable. I was outside trying to shield my ph from the sun so I could sign in. A young lady at the door invited me to sign in inside out of the sun. She then proceeded to direct me to exactly where I needed to go. Within 5 mins I had found the cable, paid for it and was out the door.

Easy. Wish someone would get back to me regarding IoT products - it's been almost a year....

Compared to 2 years ago, staff weren't very helpful and I bought a phone on a 2degrees plan. I like that you can browse through the amazing amount of tech available here and when you're ready to purchase or have questions, staff are readily available. Staff member Hugo was friendly, quick and got what I needed done. Didn't sell me extra things I didn't need. Wonderful experience.

Although this is great place, parking becomes an issue with bays so close to each other you can. It get out or into you car

You can finally browser in the store again, but the shop for area has been reduced and the products out on display are mostly just the popular ones. When busy, expect to stand in line for a register to pay at. So most of the time. Go prepared with the items you want in a list on the app to make it easier for the staff to get it all in one trip out to the back.

The price is cheap, and the product varity is good, but its hard to find the staff to help us when we have some questions about the product.

Good facilities and adequately fenced for social distancing. Liked the click and collect option as the place is close to our house, they do have delivery options though which depending on what you ordered can be quite expensive

Great for buying cheap Chinese parts . Only problem is they sometimes don't pick you the phone.

I have found the service to be acceptable. the staff are very helpful, one time i needed a new Microsoft surface charger and I had it tested first👍 however I have little experience in dealing with them , so be careful and check if they are sufficient for you especially the return policy

Unable to browse a majority of the store. A small cordoned area by the counters is available for browsing of basic products. Other than that; excellent customer service.

Used PB Tech Penrose extensively in the last 5 years, spending well-over $15,000 in the process. Their sales staff are phenomenal and their offerings are many. In terms of the showroom and sales staff, you can’t go wrong; they are the best out. Very satisfied with the overall experience, although their service department has lacked greatly on several occasions. This is the main reason they miss out of 5 stars from me; I’ve had poor experiences with after-sales (returns and warranty claims), with some staff being downright rude and unhelpful). This only happened on 3 out of the 100 odd times I’ve been there, so that’s not too bad but it still left a bit of an aftertaste). Thankfully, it’s unlikely you’ll need to see the returns people! On a more positive note, they are overall really good and I’d definitely recommend them for any technological wants or needs you might have!

Quick efficient service and great prices during the sales

One stop technical shop. Good products and pick up service is the best. Word of caution is to check warranty and how they cover it, dont expect to get full replacement. If you are returnimg they charge 20% restocking fee which they only tell you if you ask them but no issues with their products. Sales can sometimes be price changed discounts so do your research please. Staff can sometimes be cold but overall fine to shop.

Pre gud service 2022 orange update: can't even go in store properly, so unable to see products can only use the website with store attendant

Pretty good and can always get what I'm looking for. However, for such a successful business this branch has outgrown its home. Car park outside is limited, and customers are forced to maneuver in tight parking spots outside the building that are designed for car no larger than a swift... If your unlucky to get a spot inside, then try your luck on the side of the road (if your into parallel parking) 😉 other than that yeah... thats all I can say, it would have been 4 stars otherwise.

Lots of staff but no one springs up to help you had to search for someone. Terrible parking

Long time customer. Service has dropped over the years. No one picks up the phone, in store they aren't willing to help (they will point you in the area only). Delivery also takes 2 weeks+ I would recommend knowing your product that you want and going in to buy it without any assistance. They have oligopoly over some of the market and decent deals however.

Cluck and collect really well handled with large line the staf came along the line and got order numbers ahead so they could have items waiting and make the process very fast and hastle free.

Great place for all your computer and phone extra needs but difficult to find your way around if you don't go there a lot. There are never enough staff on the floor and some not overly helpful, just point you in the direction of where you might find what you're after. Could have better service for people like myself who have an idea of what they require but need help and advice. Really well stocked business, easy to find and get too with generally plenty of parking.

Great store with the largest range of electronics products. Staff are generally helpful once you find someone. Click and collect worknwell and is the fastest way to get product currently.

Kind of a mixed experience as the team in sales and team in returns/services have bit of a communication problem between themselves and that kinda affects the whole experience for us as customers

I went there today to buy some monitors and a computer. The service was very good. A young guy and lady were very attentive and helpful. I bought the stuff no dramas at all.

Price of HDMI cable was good. First 2 staff appeared to ignore me but then as I was about to call it a day someone did assist. Front payment counter staff are sometimes so cold and unfriendly. It wasn't that busy either. Been shopping here for years and have spent thousands. Also, there is no point in having a phone number if nobody is going to answer the call. Hope the management invest in some training for staff in terms of communications skills. However this store fairs better than the St Lukes one where the service is almost nonexistent.

New layout in the Penrose store, so it is now slightly more compact in the customer area. Not all stock options are on display. Helpful staff, who are knowledgeable.

Some staff does not seem to be very patient. However, I do understand it is a bit crazy around this time of the boxing day sales. I do appreciate if more of them to show to be more helpful, which would be better!!

Good sized store with a decent range. Sadly, the staff just seem so uninterested in talking to me. I gave one guy the name of the specific PC case that I was after but he had no idea how to find it in their own website...when he did find it, he basically just said, "no stock, buy from website.." and walked away.

Very good customers service, had a problem with my LG G533 headset, and in two days call me back to refund, ask, y not fix the, they said taking too long to fix so they happy to give me money back or replacement, well don guys ,keep it up .

Super helpful people. Jason Lum patiently sat with me and picked parts one by one for the machine which I built. He knows his stuff really well and the outcome was beyond my initial expectations. I prefer going to Penrose branch. It's been a while I haven't build a PC but he walked me through the whole process and I was able to put it together incredibly fast. Highly recommended. Just go to Jason he is your man.

Wide range of information technology goods at competitive prices. Starting to become a more online store. Can be hard to identify floor staff when help needed with some staff not keen to engage at times. Others are very knowledgeable and helpful.

There are parking spaces, which is good, services at cashier does need to be improve a bit, my experience wasnt bad at all, but could definitely be better. Do have a wide range of types to choose from, but I feel for each type there are not so much displays.

Great service! I ordered parts through their app and received an email stating that it will take two weeks to gather the parts. I sent an email asking if we can speed this up, and they informed me that they fast tracked the order. Long story short, next day everything was ready for collection! Great work PB Tech!

Found what we were after at a good price and had friendly service at the checkout. Would have been five stars if help was more readily available on the shop floor. PB Penrose are the best store, great after sales service.

Staff are stand-offish and a bit cold. I get its not a restaurant but c'mon man.

Good range of products and knowledgeable friendly staff. Prices are sometimes not that great compared to other shops but usually it is cheaper here. Customer support is great, I have gotten a refund for 1 malfunctioning phone (Nexus 6P) and repairs for another (Galaxy S6) with no issues at all. They never make it difficult to return products. Great place to buy electronics, but always check other shops using Pricespy.

An Essential for any IT supply. excellent team good location great prices i bought a laptop which developed a fault. the after sales support and help was spot on. highly recommended for all your IT needs. they should stop charging extra for credit cards.. post covid changes require that all cards be accepted.

They have the lowest price yes, service experience is okay. They help when you ask. Do your research first and ask them where to get it. one thing i dont like is they charge 2.5%for creditcard, for one of the biggest company it's a let down

Parking was a 'wait-for-a-customer' to leave scenario- very confined. The store looked tidy. I found what I was looking for easily. Staff didn't bother me as I browsed which I appreciated. Customer service at the checkout was average. Maybe needs to improve on employees smiling at customers. But overall the experience was decent.

Great range of products and prices. Customer service hit and miss but generally good. Today a nice guy help me find a power adapter for my monitor then connected it to my lap top. The other day a younger guy was very brief sharp although he did find the product i wanted. The girls at the desk could be a bit more friendly but overall a great place. Cheers :)

Knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service.

Had an issue with my laptop so took it here to get fixed. The price was pretty reasonable, and the technicians seemed to be very knowledgeable. Great with contacting me to let me know what was going on. Only bad thing was that when I got the laptop back, the password seemed to have changed for some reason. They advised me that they didnt change it, so had to google some ways to figure out how to log back in myself which was a little frustrating, but not the end of the world. Would definitely use them again for laptop issues.

They are great as for the availability of tech products, and they had the HP laptop battery available that I was needing. I would say though they could improve their customer service friendliness.

Shop was well stocked. A little bit hard to sometimes know what price an item was due to including GST pricing and excluding GST pricing. Customer service was reasonable. Sort of hard to tell who was staff and who wasn't. Pricing is really good. I found what I wanted and I am very happy with the purchase.

My husband bought a PC this month, Harry was so kind, knowledgable and informative about the PC parts and brand.. unlike other sales staff that does not have much knowledge of what they are selling. Bought a laptop for a great price during a sale, and it works great. The customer service was limited due to the rush, but the purchase process was very effective.

Brian at Penrose was wonderful, he took the time and made sure my elderly mother understood everything she had to know about the computer she purchased, we were impressed with his customer service!

Excellent PC parts, IT equipment, and general technology store. They have some of New Zealand's best prices on kit, and this is my go to place if I'm shopping for tech goodies. Can get a bit busy at times, and trying to find a salesman to get PC parts from the back can be a pain.

Usually good stock, good quality and mostly good pricing. One small area that could do with improvement is checkout staff that look up to greet you and deal with your transaction. Other than that, Pb Tech is usually always a good visit.

The guy who served me was good. Helpful, knowledgable, approachable. Prices here are much better than standard places like noel lemmings. The mouse i was looking at was 15$ cheaper plus the range here is better. If you are looking for computer stuff i recommend to always come here over the other department stores.

Larger than the store in the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Because if its remote location you might want to check availability of a product their online shop first. Otherwise the place to come when wanting to buy electronics and computer equipment. Prices usually very good.

The employees are nice, but aren't the greatest at communicating, the store itself is nice and big with a large range from computer parts to mobile phones and accessories. Generally great prices and will almost always do an added discount if you ask for one

Good store, well stocked. If you're buying online remember to take your original email invoice and your credit card or id ... otherwise it's a mission to get your stuff

I enjoy shopping here excellent specials always picking up good bargins very affordable Staff are there to assist and are good at what they do. Spacious retail store from mobile phones to drones. You can buy online and pick up from store. Parking can be a challenge as it is a busy store and gets full.

Asked for help from a service guy and he agreed. Not really part of his job and wouldn't take money either. I had bought my PC there and after the fine service would not look elsewhere. Probably got 2 PCs there so far and happy with both. PB Tech have always been good guys over a number of years. Thanks.

What an awesome store! I've heard of PBTech a lot so they're reputation preceded my visit. I didn't expect it to be so big. There are a lot of products on site and the staff was very helpful. The price I paid for what I got was also quite good. I'll be coming back here when I have electronic needs.

PB tech was an awesome experience... good and bad. Huge range of electronic and electrical appliances and equipment. Many online listed items not available at all stores can be found at the Penrose branch - but you're likely need to hunt it out or find a person who knows what's where. Showroom - from plush displays to out-of-box selections. Incredible ranges and fantastic prices (be careful, some shelf prices weren't the online price... but staff were reasonable, and I got what I wanted at the "best price on the day". Full service department adjacent, on site too.

Lots of mobile phones, computing and IT equipment on display at this large store. Great prices and also a really good online store that offers fast shipping. Have made many purchases with no problems.

Took me about 30 min to get a rep. Maybe because it was busy due to Christmas shopping. That said, there weren't any Christmas discounts, just the usual price. After sales service was pretty good. I picked ram and it wasn't correct, the guys helped me out.

Very big name and all, but when it comes to actually having the required computer enthusiast items in stock it's another story. Every time I go looking for water cooling items in store, literally all connections and adapter and also hosing is out of stock and weeks out of restocking. I'd really rather not waste my time going here looking for really specific parts as they most likely either don't have it in stock, or don't even know what it is.

It's great, just parking or finding a parking is annoying.

Pb tech is hands down the best tech store in NZ for range and value. However, staff aren't generally helpful unless you go out of your way to track them down. Students, don't forget to ask for a discount as some items have reasonable markdowns.

One of your chineese girl check out operator was very rude.We bought noise cancelling earmuffs last Monday. She should treat customer nicely cos it's her job.she shouldnt be there if she cant do her job well..

Chinese staff good to deal with and best prices in Auckland.

I suppose it’s the best tech market in Auckland, with more variety than anywhere else, but ultimately the central selection of brands and products is just the same as everywhere else in New Zealand. Good for components however - that’s harder to find elsewhere. Indifferent to below average service inside the store - good luck getting anyone to help you if you aren’t buying an expensive premade computer. Parking is adequate

I use these guys for all my pc parts and the occasional repair thats above my level of expertise. The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. You do have to be patient with them as they are often jumping between customers and are a little rushed off their feet, but i have never had a bad experience with these guys. Would definetly recommend as a place to go for buying pc parts at good rates or for diagnosing a computer problem

Staff are almost all nice and helpful when looking for specific items. Has stock of most items so you don't have to order online or visit another PB tech across the city. Parking can be quite irritating when you're in a rush though.

Bought a battery for my G-Shock from here.Yay know I can tell the time....oh..duh!As I write this review on a smartphone which also tells the time.(think I just wasted $3.50)...should have bought a cheeseburger.

This place is good to visit and they have all kind of stock that one can buy however some staff are good at customer service and some staff are not that great as they hardly smile back at you and hardly try to help you... Hopefully owners take note of that but unsure if owners care either

My impressions: Lots of staff. One was not very helpful, seemed he was too lazy or in a hurry, to check on anything for us. We found another staff member, took the time to check things for us, and gave us a discount on several items, to match another store's price. So it seems your experience will vary depending on which staff member you get. The prices do not seem very competitive, unless the staff arrange a discount for you.

This place has everything at competitive nz retail prices.. make sure you check it's in stock at that branch online before you go in and battle for an awkward park and good luck getting any members of staff to pay attention to you let alone get staff to show you where a particular product might be located .. best i got was a general finger point to a wall with a thousand leads and connectors which all looked identical. I have found you can negotiate on prices if you are buying several things or a more pricey item take it up to one of the members of staff generally found at a desk around the floor eyes glued to computer highly trained in pretending you don't exist . And ask them if they can give you a better price . Most of the time they can for cash buyer. Dont bother asking a cashier for any help or discount that is not their job look around the floor in different departments for a desk and a "disinterested unwilling to jump up and help"kind of person.

You can find cheaper via online-only vendors, but if you want to go and see the thing PB Tech is one of the best. Huge product range. Quick to get the latest cool stuff. Good prices. Their service department has always been good for me. I've bought 4 PCs, a Mac, 5 laptops and several phones there. I'm a fan.

Have never had any issues with PB Tech, both online and in-store. Staff that aren't busy with customers are generally friendly and open to helping you. The only bad thing about the facility is the parking, but that's not such a big deal.

Penrose branch of pb tech seemed pretty good. I needed a professional advice on some niche laptops and one of their managers was actually in the loop. They're still short on supplies after the lockdown, but i doubt there's any other offline laptop store better than this one.

Excellent range of computer products and peripherals, great product knowledge, topped by genuine, helpful service. I have used PBTECH as a supplier for over 10 years. This business has grown substantially over this time, yet maintains its service focus.

Great prices and a huge selection but the store seems disorganised and you need to talk to a member of staff to find stuff (difficult when they are busy). A large selection of value bins but 90% of them don't have prices showing which is a hurdle to sales and not seeing that stopped me from impulse buying. Good for my wallet but bad for their bottom line. I am a true blue imouls3 buyer

5 stars to PB Tech penrose security guy, he was very helpful when I walked in to the store today. I went to pb tech manukau first to get my new remanufactured laptop reset but was told I had to go to Penrose because thats were it was issued and manukau pb tech couldn't do much. In the end, Penrose pb tech gave me a replacement laptop.

Love this place. Handy that you can check online first for the product you're looking for. Staff here are extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to help. They stock all the well known brands and at times very heavily discounted prices. Next time you are looking for parts/component/accessories and everything in between, I suggest looking here first.

Half hour after place the order, I got text msg it's ready for pickup. Able to pickup my earphones without need to go inside the main shop the next day.

Pb tech penrose is a handy place to get you tech gear theyna reasonably price and offer good service with knowledge friendly staff and they have all big brands and are mostly in stock.

Very good for most electronic gadgets and computer related stuff. Staff are busy but point you in direction and are knowledgable. Their returns policy has improved markedly due to poor reviews and realisation that NZ consumer Law applies to their business. Keep listening to customers and treat them well and your business will continue to flourish.

Pb is the best. Customer service is epic. I've dropped near 100k in this place in the last 12 years they're so good.

They found my lost phone, they also have a WIDE range of PC parts (in particular,) However I only managed to find one case for my phone (iPhone SE) and my other phone a Huawei. The phone cases are definitely lacking but that’s understandable for stock and demand- you’re in luck if you have an iPhone X though.

Great service from Mark at PB Tech Penrose who was very helpful re a replacement adapter that I needed. They didn't have one in stock (and wouldn't for a while because of current supply chain issues wrt China) but Mark indicated where I could buy it from for reasonably fast delivery from Australia. Thanks so much! You didn't get a sale this time but I recently bought a chromebook from the store and will be back again. Update on 27/2/20. Ordered Kensington 62850 LM-670 15.6IN LAPTOP TOTE - BLACK online at about midnight. Delivered in the afternoon. Great product and super fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Jason Lum, exceptional customer service. He's just genuine, friendly person. He's an asset in any business. 200% better compared to 99% of the other pbtech staff, have come across other good ones, but Jason is exceptional.

PBTech always has what I need 😁 (Tech and lots of it) Their prices, while not as cheap as they used to be, are still reasonable

The staff is nice and helpful though gave me wrong RAM in the first place. Well equipped and organized place. Memory sticks are on special most of the times.

I go here for all my computer needs and have been buying off them for 20years. I don't bother with other stores, I go here for the best price and brands first time. Great service support backup. Have brought PCs, laptops, iPhones and iPads, Surface Tablet, IP cameras etc. Oh and toy RC cars for the kids.

Visited 2days after boxing day sale. Salesmen uninterested in engaging customers. No indication that certain products were sold out. Wasted my time reviewing products which were already sold out.

Big place, and it's quite clean. The repair service is on a separate building, adjacent to the shop. Parking is horribly hard as there's only minimal amount of space available. Got lots of computer related stuffs, parts, and gadget available, such as laptop bags, oem charger, printers, routers, speakers, etc.

Usually pretty good with a large variety models and stock. But they should stock less popular tech items too esp (I was looking for the 319 coin batteries for my surface pen). They might not sell many of these batteries but they should still stock them given they sell the pens.

Getting more and more like a warehouse, shop floor almost always stacked with boxes, Its hard to make a decision when items such as monitors and chairs aren't all out on display to compare

I replaced my s8 lcd screen under warranty and they have done a great job. The only negative is waiting at the repair desk took too long. I have to wait 30 mins standing in the queue to be served.

It was good the man was a little inpatient with me and kinda snapy, I just put it down to the whole pandemic I was explaining what I wanted and knew what I wanted but he kinda wasn't listening and getting frustrated but we sorted it out and I thanked him for his help.

Very helpful and accommodating. I had to switch wireless headphones twice to get the perfect pair. No problem for pb tech. Also, the Bose quiet 35's are awesome. Even better than sennheisser!!

PB tech is good for computers and smart phones and only for the latest models.They say they are the cheapest but i doubt that. Customer service i rather poor.Most of them are always in front next to the cashier. Not sure how they are in consumables as never purchased any from tgem.

Good stock, and only one chain where you could find any computer cables and small important stuff alongside with goid priced tv and pc. Working hours are not so convinient and staff here always too busy to real care.

Heaps of tech. Look for the staff and they will help you out but they won’t chase you to see if you need help with anything. That was my experience anyway.

My fav PBtech. Big open and easy to find what you're looking for. Nice staff, really helpful, not that smug look down their nose at you attitude which so many computer shops use to run with. Short walk from the train, which works well for me.

3 stars if you're talking buying computer accessories, than this is what you'd expect - remember you get what you pay for and a lot of stuff is parallel imported so check your items. 2 stars at best for the service centre.

Can't beat them. This is my go to place for both myself and my clients. If you've got a question then just ask. They are willing to be competitive on price and definitely beat others on selection & knowledge of their products.

Great selection of electronics and good prices. Checkouts can be a little show if you are stuck behind a trade customer as they seem to need to do a lot of paperwork.

Penrose at PB Tech is the computer repair station and is pretty well equipped. A lot more gaming paraphernalia as well as gaming oriented laptops and desktop builds. It also feels slightly bigger compared to the Queen Street branch - maybe it's the warehouse-esque layout which made it seem bigger. Staff are friendly and happy to help whenever. Even when I was just browsing, I got approached 4 times in an hour and asked if I needed help. Some people might find this annoying but I found this actually really nice.

Big range of products, you dont need to order on line and wait for ages to get it. They do price spy match as well, this is a plus. The services is ok, no surprise .

This is definitely a place for good offers, good up to date products! If you not sure what to buy go talk with them, they are really mastering what they should be :)

It's so busy and the service is great. A hugh range of products and accessories. My only bug about this site is parking. Otherwise it is the place to purchase your needs.

PBTech is pretty much the only place I go. Good selection or stuff, reasonable prices, reasonable service, good to buy off their website (and pick up instore). And it's been around for a few years now, which makes me feel a little more confident it will be here next week too. And Penrose is one of the biggest stores, so is definitely my preference.

Great pricing and wide range of products and brands, but check out the outlet next door before you go into the main store. You might find what you want at a better price refurbished or damaged packaging

Super helpful staff. Get here early to avoid a queue. It's very busy. Surcharges for paying by credit card and they don't accept international credit cards with a signature.

Surprisingly good service on a recent warranty replacement. I was expecting it to be an issue but the faulty item was replaced after a year without fuss. Thanks PB Tech!

I would say i Like PB tech, up until I had to get a warranty on a 7 week old graphics card and they made me send it to the manufacture rather than getting a new one. EDITED: after 7 days had replacement delivered to branch replaced thank you stockiest of gigabyte for the new card.

I love this place, they always have all the things you need for any tech project at an affordable price. The staffs are helpful when guiding you to where you need and can offer some good advice.

This place has all you need. There are so many products to choose from with reasonable price tags! Compared to Noel Leeming or JB Hifi, PB tech has up'd their game and they will become bigger! Staff knew what they were talking about and it was a hassle free trip for purchasing gaming headsets! Will definitely revisit for more stuff!

PB Tech is my go to for all my tech needs. Knowledgeable staff, an excellent range and good prices. Parking is now much easier, head next door to the old BBQ Factory.

I only go here if i have no other option or on particular sales. Here customer service always feels real cold, there no care to when looking for something customer just feels like a number here. And it feels even colder when you get to the counter its like they want you gone so they can get back to checking there phones

Parking is an issue, a big issue! But worth the frustration as the service, knowledge, range of product and pricing is damn excellent. Perhaps shop online, if you have road rage or parking rage 😊

Not always the best price so shop around. Used to buy from here but now prices are similar to most retail stores with limited potential to bargain. Usually I am able to find what I want from Noel Leeming at the same price and buy from there so I can earn Airpoints as well. Other times I look at places like expert Infotech who still offer a competitive edge (cheaper price) when it comes to new gadgets e.g. phones that other places don't stock. An example is that I brought a brand new phone recently; while Pbtech were unwilling to budge on a price because the phone was "too new", I simply looked online and found that expert infotech stocked the same phone with the same warranty for $150 dollars less. Yes you could probably still grab a bargain for PC parts etc but do shop around because often, you are paying more than you need to.

This place has everything you could ever need and the staff are all knowledgeable. Repair centre is quick and helpful. I wouldn't use anywhere else. Great work!

Very good selection helpful staff but the extra tariff for credit cards always gets me not on ads on web site but big signs on tills and staff tell you but always at the last moment, same thing delivered online no extra charge for credit card same cost so ...

Visited early in the morning at 9am but they open at 9.30am but the service was good and it took me couple of minutes and was out with the item after paying for it.
