My partner and I recently bought a PC here, and I can't stop praising the speedy delivery, great quality and also outstanding customer service. We were nervous due to a couple of one star ratings on here, but I can tell you now, those ratings are either falso or over exaggerated! Just bought a preowned PC with 2 monitors, a mouse and keyboard. I was a bit worried because there was a few minor scratches. After putting it together within 15 minutes just to check if it works. It all works perfectly! I needed a 2nd laptop for home, nothing too flash, just web access, word docs, email, Netflix etc. Ended up getting the cheap as chips Ollee, what a find!! In the back of my mind I was anticipating a real entry level, no frills, product that was reflected it's $350 price tag... boy was I wrong!!! Activated Windows 10 (switch out of S mode), downloaded the apps I needed, installed a new browser and we're off to the races!!! Perfect for my needs, and would absolutely buy again!!! Originally ordered a Surface Pro 3 and it took a little longer than anticipated for arrival. The team called me about a week later to advise that the techs had tested the product and weren't happy with the battery life so were searching for a replacement battery. A day later they advised that the replacement battery would take a couple of weeks which I wasn't willing to wait for. So the team kindly upgraded me to a better spec HP device free of charge which I recieved the following week. Very happy with my purchase. I purchased a Dell Precision T3610 Tower to run AutoCAD when working from home. It came extremely well packaged and survived handling damage by the Courier. When I started it up I found it was fully patched with the latest Windows 10 Pro updates which was very pleasing. I would recommend PC Traders and will buy from them again!

Sad to see so many negative reviews. I had some issue during lockdown with them not contacting me back, but now at Level 2 they were able to contact me - this shouldn't really be an issue: everyone in business should be able to work from home with laptops, at lease in terms of communicating with customers. If business had stopped, then they'd have 4 months free to catch up on emails! Nevertheless, when Level 3 came into play, PC Traders got me my excellent, as advertised Lenova x270 packaged up and delivered in very satisfactory time. One part of the order was missing (Norton Security), but they had written on the receipt that it was on back order. When I sent email asking if it could be cancelled and I could be refunded because I was changing address, there was no reply, but as soon as it was on courier come Level 2, an email came through saying it was on it's way. I contacted them back, and within minutes, they replied and were able to redirect the courier. So, very happy with the service, just a pity they couldn't answer the question initially, especially because the refund would have helped me immensely.

3 years ago I bought an HP reconditioned elite book. With reputable dealers like PC Traders around there is no need to consider buying new. My Laptop has performed like a trained seal. The nature of my work means it can be running for 20 hours a day and it has never missed a beat.............until it ended up catching some spilled chicken stock that made its way under the unit. For less than $300 I have received better than usual value from this machine. Could it be it was so well refurbished and an excellent PC to begin with; I don't know. I do know I will return to PC Traders to replace it..............

Simply the best service I've experienced buying through the internet. I ordered my son a gaming computer, it arrived at a much higher spec than what I ordered. So have ordered many more times with great success.. I was emailed by them, saying that they didn't have what I ordered. And gave me a full refund, but 5days later it arrived anyway. Was looking for an affordable computer without Windoze installed on it - no desire to pay Megasloth for a bloated piece of cruft that I fully intended to delete and replace with a real OS. PC Traders Ltd has a range of PCs and a choice of Windoze or Ubuntu, so I was able to pick up a very nice 4GB, 3.1GHz Quad-core ex-lease computer on special for only $159 and not one cent of that price was wasted on Microsoft. Great choice of payment options, too; very easy to find one that suits. Service was swift - despite being in the midst of the Level 4 COVID lockdown. - and the machine arrived very well packed. It now has my preferred distro installed on it and is running extremely well. My only disappointment with the computer is that I have had Windows XL then 7 and finally windows 10 but now have to buy it as it can't be transferred to my new computer and I really miss it.
