They fixed our Apple MacBook Air which was intermitently shutting down. It now works perfectly thanks to the experts, they did not dissapoint. Also, they managed to work in our short time frame and even opened up the shop out of hours for us to be able to pick up our laptop. Many Thanks guys!

Fixed my daughters iPhone camera and screen at a very reasonable price. I'll only go to RTL for IT repairs from now on - no point going to those useless, rip-off places in the malls. Great job and service. RTL could be a bit better on responsiveness to queries, but otherwise, super service. We were very pleased and will be returning customers for sure.

Great that they replaced my phone screen, and nice people. but there were about 12 - 15 beads of rubbery glue sticking out at intervals the whole way around the screen. Still can't get them off. The back of the phone had it on too, including on the fingerprint sensor., So it wasn't working. Luckily I was able to get it off the back and sensor, so the sensor works again. Nice guys, they tried hard, but the screen was too dark - about one third brightness. They gave a refund - that's good. I'm sure they had difficulties and they tried hard and they refunded my money, but obviously I had just hoped to get the job done.

Called up at short notice, they got a monitor ready within an hour for me to collect. Good stuff.
