A.I ordered a mic online and needed it urgently, so I used the pick up service. Parking is pretty limited, but seems to be good enough for customers to duck in and out for collections. Usually I use delivery so parking isn’t really an issue. The service inside by the team was friendly and helpful. Everything thing you need for photography and videography jobs.

A.So I bought this real bulky item. It had 6 year warranty. Unfortunately within 2 weeks it started malfunctioning. I was upset but not knowing what else to do I rang their service department. After few minutes of convincing they agreed to do me a Return request. So I packed the item and delivered.
However after two weeks with still no answer I chased them up. The person there - Sonja, took the initiative and got the distributor to replace the item. Not only that she agreed to have it delivered to my home, saving me a lot of hassle. 👍

B.I have to say I was initially skeptical about this company, purely because of their name. "Rubber Monkey"..? What do they even do? But they had the product I wanted at a good price, so I took a risk. The product arrived promptly and when I needed more assistance, my first thought was to go somewhere else for professional add-on accessories advice. But Rubber Monkey have an 0800 number and the person I spoke to actually knew about the product I had bought - so, I thought, "Wow... These guys are actually a credible business."
Seriously, Rubber Monkey were good to deal with. If it wasn't for their downright dumb name, I might have been doing business with them a decade earlier. I suspect their choice of name has cost them dearly over the years. Oh well... At least, it means they aren't too busy to give good service.

H.Customer service is excellent. Great selection of photography/video gear at very competitive prices. And a follow up phone call if expert advice is needed for making a decision about products.
Their website is the most user friendly out of the photography sites I've used so far. Usually when they've run out of stock will I use the competitors websites. I think the business is fine tuned for online sales although they do have onsite stores the one I went to isn't really all that inviting to stick around and browse. Missed sales opportunities because of this I reckon, but a minor quibble seeing as the whole online, customer service and wide selection of items at competitive prices makes up for it.
Make sure to check that the item you want is available to ship same day as an option (I believe before 2pm) instead of at supplier as that could cause a delay if you wanted it quickly for a gig or just pure impatience. I mean they make it pretty clear online but just in case you're a trigger happy mouse clicker it's good to know beforehand.
Delivery when in stock is pretty fast imho. You can pick up instore as an option as well.

I ordered a pair of Genelec monitors from these guys, as well as some other goods, they told me when ordering the Genelecs would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. After pushing back the delivery dates about 5 times, they eventually arrived, only 10 weeks later. This is not acceptable, I can take perhaps a week or two late, but not 6-7 weeks late.
Having said that, their prices were the best I could find, and their customer service was top notch and communicated well.
So its a great place to order from for price and service, but not the best option if you're in a rush to get your gear.
