S.Don’t usually write reviews. However, Service Plus has been so helpful and friendly. Had my iPhone13+max screen fixed today, It was done very quick and kept me updated with all the procedures.
Didn’t overcharged me or anything cost was same as stated on Official Apple website. Thank you team
J.Took my phone in for a screen repair and the team did a really phenomenal job on repairing my screen. It was as if I had bought a brand new phone. The process did take longer than expected due to stock shortages for a required piece for my phone but that was understandable from my end. But I did appreciate the continual updates from the team.
If one improvement is probably to send customers an email with instructions on how to turn off the "Find My".
But apart from that, I am really satisfied with the service I received.
A.The person I dealt with was Kevin, he was so swift & managed to help me get the job done within 1 day with the urgent service. So happy with how kind and service was given by the team in Auckland.
A.Was initially told by another authorised Apple service provider that my phone would have to be sent to Apple for a cracked iPhone 12 screen replacement, with a >14 day turnaround. I phoned ServicePlus who were able to do a same-day on-site screen replacement, with excellent communication from Piers and the call centre team! Fantastic experience: will be using ServicePlus for all my Apple-related repairs in the future.
T.My MacBook Air needed fixing so tried this team. Great service, great communication throughout and got my laptop issue sorted quickly and under warranty so a very happy chappy!

H.Words cannot explain how thankful I am that Service Plus fixed my brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max which I stupidly cracked from not having a screen protector on (silly me, I know). These guys are super professional, showed good communication and honest. I fixed my phone for $615- no additional costs and it only took 5 business days to get it fixed (they sent my phone to Apple Store to replace screen display). Other repair stores (non Apple Authorised stores) quoted me $700-$900 of non original screen replacement... I'd say, go to Service Plus and other Apple approved stores. Anyway, I'm super relieved and lucky that my phone feels like brand new all over again! Thank you so much for all your help!!!

D.Friendly staff. I had iphone battery issue and booked a appointment online through the apple website. Since they accept my mobile to replace battery, they have updated me each step via sms and email. They took only 4 hours to finish whole process and cost me only NZD 109. I recommend this place to all your ios device issue.

T.Great service, yet again. I've been using Service Plus for a few years now for my Apple equipment, and they've always been thorough with diagnosis and repair.
This time my Macbook Pro went back for a screen replacement due to the dreaded anti-glare coating coming off issue. Now 5 years old, Apple were kind enough to cover the repair costs again. It went into Service Plus, as usual, and they discovered another fault on the SSD drive, and replaced that too. Turnaround time was 5 working days, which included time for delivery of the parts. Great service.
On previous occasions they have been more than accommodating too, so highly recommended.

Older laptop (relatively obsolete Toshiba), developed a component fault that was a relatively quick fix for someone with the right tools and know-how. It was great to come in off the street and deal with Piers who not only fixed it in very short time, but also offered practical advice re. its future and other options to consider.
Had the machine required more work I would have been perfectly content to book it in on the spot. (I harbor no unrealistic expectations about the laptop's longevity, I am simply grateful that the current fix will enable me to retrieve that which needs retrieving. :) )
The personability and practicality of Piers' approach did much to recommend the company in terms of competence and professionalism. If I should have any further issue with this laptop or any other device that falls under their purview, I would definitely return!

T.I had my iphone6 battery changed here. Took it around lunch time and I got it back around 4pm. So, not so bad. You can track the progress of your repairs to and get updates as I was using another phone. Helpful staff too. Thanks guys.

A.The guys at Penrose on Great South Road Store are the ones I am reviewing. They are quick efficient, entirely professional in all their written, visual and personal and phone communications. My service repair was for an iMac and they did follow up with Apple for me when I couldn't provide a job number. They also did the job quickly and went out of their way to back up as I had requested that extra service. They are a very busy but very quiet (read professional atmosphere)office. Top calibre group. I was impressed. I will be contacting them today as I dropped my iPad and fully expect the same excellent service. I think the boss sits near the front desk so that's probably how they maintain their standards. World Class service. You can't go wrong here and the staff seem nice too.

S.My Mac Pro crashed while we were travelling through Auckland. Kevin, our technician was very thorough and managed to recover all of my data. He went beyond the call of duty and was proactive to make a few changes for me to ensure this would not happen again during my travels.

d.Good apple authorised repair shop. Had my macbook pro repaired. But, couldn’t fix with apple parts. So, they tried to swap with brand new one. Now i am using new macbook. If this shop was not apple authorised, I couldn’t have got it.
