. Jai was the Buddy assigned to tackle my devices which range from the oldest to the newest, and he also had to deal with this very old lady who hasn't the faintest idea about computer tech, so he was faced with a huge challenge. But with immense patience and enormous perseverance, he got my WiFi connection, tablets, desk-top, smart phone, TV, and E-Reader sorted, all problems solved and everything is now up and running. Plus, I now have a much better understanding of what I'm doing. Jai has a great personality and his instructions are given in an easy-to- follow and kind manner. I thoroughly recommend Tech Buddies if you want expert knowledge or simply some advice in this field.

If there were more than 5 stars available I would be giving Jai 10 of them for his prompt responses to my requests, support and advice. Tech Buddies is fairly new to me and Jai is a fantastic example of patience, diligence, reliability, IT knowledge and a huge asset to Tech Buddies. He is also blessed with a caring and kind attitude along with a good sense of humour.

I consulted Tech Buddies for IT requirements for our automotive workshop! DJ was sent out to have a look at the site and make recommendations on our requirements on a budget ~ these included monitors, laptops, ipads, docking stations, setting up WIFI and a printer in its entirety. He was spot on with the brief and extremely knowledgeable. He provided a solution I required that was fit for purpose even suggesting how I could go without something I thought was required (so rare as everyone tries to upsell something). Prior to me accepting the quote I received a call from the owners (Bas and Nikki) to go through the quote thoroughly to ensure I understood what I was getting and to schedule an install time and day. On install day DJ and J were on time - and extremely efficient - what I thought would take an entire day to install took them only a couple of hours and they were extremely helpful. All the equipment arrived in great condition as I purchased some secondhand items. Overall I am so happy and a huge weight off my shoulders with regards to setting up! I highly recommend and they also do web design and social media! It literally is a one stop shop for IT services. We will as a business be using Tech Buddies from now. Thanks Team!

this was a wonderful experience to get all my devices fixed and synched plus a great new computer at wonderful price.DJ and Jai were efficient, friendly, courteous, and nothing was too much trouble. They really knew their business. highly highly recommended.
