T. H.30 minutes after the store opened today the young man was still getting ready for customers. I needed about 1 minute of his time to purchase an item. When he finished getting the till ready he wanted to finish a computer repair task for someone who "would come in later". Nice young man, and technically capable, but the store needs to help their staff with 1) prioritizing tasks and 2) a quicker start to the business day. Maybe they need a second staff member on weekends.

J. T.I have been to this shop a couple of times. After trying other computer shops in Cambridge who seemed unable or uninterested in helping a customer off the street, these guys overwhelmed me with their great attitude and eagerness to help. On the first occasion, I was just looking for a cable and Gerhard turned the shop upside down to find it and then GAVE it to me for free! I bought something else while I was there, which I couldn't find after visiting all the other local shops. Next time I went there, I needed a file converting to another format and this time Thinus leapt to my rescue, calling and emailing several people, one of whom did the conversion. Again, despite spending time to help me, they did not charge any fee. This attitude in a business is such a refreshing change from the norm, where incompetent charlatans try to extract the maximum fee for the least effort and result on their part. If I need to buy something computer related in the future, I will make a beeline for Compuhub, and I recommend all others do the same, if they want to receive exemplary service and a welcoming and great attitude!
