S.Paddy and the team at Computer Clinic are absolutely fantastic! My old access point was TOAST. He made a suggestion of a great replacement. They configured it and dropped it off at my workplace within a matter of days. Plugged it in and everything connected immediately! Its so good we ordered one for my parents too. K.I got in touch with Patrick to ask about our dated back up software..Leo came out that SAME day and had a look at our software and offered to check in on how well our system was running. Leo noticed how loud our machines were running and offered a super easy and cheap option to quiet our machines down, update our backup software and a couple of other bits and pieces. They helped us out within a week!
And just in time for Lockdown too when we had to bring our systems home.

A.It's not easy to find an IT professional who not only offers the right solution, but can also speak the language that non-technical people understand. J.Recently I was hacked on my PC to the tune of USD$6500 and after being alerted by my bank (who managed to stop the payment) and they told me it was a scam and to pull the plug from the wall and disconnect the caller. I was then advised to contact a computer tech so I contacted Computer Clinic. My mind was put at ease right away so I dropped my hard drive off for a full clean. In the process Patrick found it was also riddled with viruses which meant more work. He then advised that I should have some better security which I agreed to and I was able to pick up the hard drive Saturday morning.The full repair only took 24 hours. I was relieved and also amazed that it was quick service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks again for your professional service and help.
P.We've been running a small business using a free Google Account and just signed up with a GSuite. What we didn't know was that the first thing we should have done is authenticated ourselves with DMARC records and all sorts of stuff I don't understand. Long story short we soon discovered - after sending emails to our usual customers via the GSuite - that we became blacklisted on hundreds of our members servers due to not being authenticated resulting in our bulk emails being blocked. Patrick at Computer Clinic was recommended to us to 'get this sorted'. In the space of 24 hours Patrick has solved our issue but more importantly I have learnt 'half a dozen important things' that we need to know but did not. Exemplary service. Thanks a million.

C.FALSE REVIEWERS BE AWARE!
Computer Clinic saved a little Gardening Company's reputation after false and damaging reviews were posted on Google and Facebook. Background : Unfortunately the gardening business had just sacked an employee, whom then became disgruntled and tried to damage the company's reputation and brand with FALSE reviews online.
Computer Clinic performed an investigation which lead back to the person being identified, even though they tried to hide their tracks. Legal action was taken and a defamation case was won against the false reviewer!
As part of the settlement they had to remove their posted reviews and pay substantial damages! Well done Computer Clinic. So if you are a victim of a false or negative google review or want to remove a google review, talk to Computer Clinic. They really know their stuff.
R.I had poor wifi in my multi-storey house and had tried various solutions myself. Computer Clinic provided a very affordable commercial device which resolved all wifi issues in every part of my property. Thanks to them, everyone has now stopped complaining about wifi drop-offs. I wish I had called for their assistance much sooner!
