The staff at Mobell understood the problem, took back the original phone and assisted to select a phone compatible with my hearing aids.
Can't recommend them enough for the help and great service.

Unfortunately when it arrived in the post I realised it wasn't going to work for what I needed so they willingly let me post it back to them and gave me a refund. Very good service. The staff are knowledgeable about phones and very friendly. They fitted the screen protectors for us while we were at the shop.

A.I bought an iPhone 8 from here, had a minor issue with the screen and they happily replaced it with a different phone straight away. The phone is in nearly new condition and was fitted with a new battery. Really great service and better value than taking a chance on a used phone bought privately and having to DIY a battery. I’m sure I’ll be back to buy more phones in the future.
A.I've purchased 2 iPhones from Mobell phone service & have found them to honest & trustworthy. The first one had an issue with the front camera within the warranty period which he fixed without question, Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Highly recommended.
