Cannot thank Brett enough for the fast, efficient and friendly service. Nothing was a problem and he relayed to me in quiet manner and explained in language I could relate to-- have no hesitation in reccommending Ongoing IT and that he is available even over a weekend. Brett was super accommodating, taking up our job request at a moment's notice on a Saturday morning. He did a stellar job in diagnosing what was wrong with our PC, and went above and beyond in writing up a report to help us make an insurance claim from the party responsible for damage. The service offered is also a lot more personal and in-depth than the other IT repair shop's we've been to. We're pretty sure that Brett has secured our business for the foreseeable future :)

Messaged Brett at 8:00pm at night. Was getting responses within minutes about my queries. Went to drop off my computer, he was really in depth about what I was wanting to do with my pc. Brett was absolutely fantastic. He was very flexible, efficient, and just a lovely guy. My laptop was fixed much faster than originally told which was a great surprise. I will 100% be going back to Ongoing IT if I have any future technology problems.

This man Brett is a true hero of the game. Sorted my PC out better than I could have ever hoped for over a weekend in 24 hours. It's never looked or run so good.
