Great store. Now my go-to for electronics including Apple stuff. Staff there are helpful and friendly. Products always work as expected unlike Briscoes stuff which is prone to failure; because JB HiFi source stuff from reputable suppliers.

Pretty good. We were looking for a vinyl record. The one we needed was not in stock which they were able to confirm for us. Having said that we managed to find one that was even better!!

JB is always a great store to look around. I went in for a casual look and ended up buying a collectable box set of cds that I wasn't expecting to find. It would be nice if the floor staff greeted all customers they walked past rather than just walking by. This would create a more welcoming environment and possibly trigger questions which may lead to additional sales. The counter staff are normally nice. I frequent this store regularly as I am a collector of music.

Great place with friendly all rounder customer service. Always found myself going there for new gaming products or other stuff. They helped me fix my old S6 phone as it was factory default setting , they took it in their store for a week but it returned back with No fee as the phone Technical policy was Still applicable to me. Absolutely great service and very nice staff to boot. Bought a pair of headphones quite some time ago. I was able to replace them free of charge through after care warranty and they even replaced old headphones with a store credit. Love this place. If you're going to buy anything tech I totally recommend them!!! You rock!! There is a God J.B. Hi-Fi be thy name.

My only gripe with the store, is the way staff dress, sorry, I'm from the old school, the service is good, but the dress code should be better, male staff should be wearing nice shirts, or vests, with a tie, not scruffy clothes, sorry, and female staff there, should be tidy as well, it's far more presenting, and as a customer, you would feel it's better customer service

Excellent after-sales service. I got more advance model of coffee machine without additional charge, as a replacement for the faulty coffee machine I bought three days ago. Thanks to the checkout operator and the store manager for the excellent services. I will definitely shop again in your store :)

I am not sure whether or not it is me or my instinct that tells me that the majority of the staff appear to have little interest in doing their job unless beforehand you hand over a wad of cash so that they can make a sale. This is because their was virtually no attempt except by one young and courteous member of the staff to inquire if I needed help. While walking through the various departments of the store no attempt to interact was made to inquire if I needed help. The staff seemingly more interested in standing at the till as if I was in a self service supermarket.

Today I visited your store to pick up a insurance replacement TV arranged by my insurance company and looked at a upgrade for my bedroom and looked at finance options and got served by the staff member jaide she was great to deal with the whole process of setting up the finance to the sale of the TV I had purchased via q card definitely would come back again and buy something else in the future.

If you love tech, or music and movies etc, you'll love JB HiFi. The staff could be a bit more helpful, but it's a great store to check out what is new in the tech world. Beware if buying though, as some products are not high quality like their range of Crosley turntables.

Good customer service. Staff are always very willing to help. Got a defective laptop (no fault of Jbhifi) easily replaced with a brand new one. The new one also turned out defective and had to get yet another replacement. Process was a breeze though.

Helped me with selecting a new laptop. Sadly the laptop offered had a factory fault that was repeated in the replacement laptop they offered without delay. After the second laptop they allowed me to swap out for a different model of similar price and refunded me the difference with no arguments or hassle. While the event was unfortunate it also wasn't really the fault of the store as much as it was the manufacturer and the customer service offered when dealing with the issue was top notch, very pleased with the outcome.

I purchased a set of sony noise cancelling head phones from these guys. The sales guy was more than happy to cut open three different packages so i could try on and test the capabilities of each brand or model. Once i had decided on the best 2 they were open to a bit of haggling but pointed out ( fair enough) that they didn't try to beat mail order and foreign retailers because their shop provided on the spot service and options for replacement if it didnt work properly. They were open to at least trying to match any local retailer. Realy enjoyed my experience here.

This is by far my choice for electronics, as I have purchased my Fitbit here a few years back and recently got my printer after moving back. When purchasing multiple items or larger ones, you can also have them hold your items and loaded onto your car the day after by swinging down the loading bay at Filleul street. Be sure to sign yourself up for the email updates and newsletters, that's how I found the printer I wanted.
