I absolutely love this store. I went in and purchased a two in one game for $1, and a classic movie for $20. I was stoked, because I couldn't find them anywhere else. They are the best in that they have such a variety of stock, and are so on to, and very friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much.

I remember when JB first came to NZ. I was hopeful that they would shake the market up with amazing prices. But it didn't happen, mainly because they priced themselves in line with other NZ retailers. So the only time they are worth going to is during a sale. The rest of the time their service and prices are "meh". It's a shame there is so little competition here in little ole NZ...

Really happy with the service provided in Level 3. The click and collect was easy to understand, and the team made the whole process really easy. It was easy to be socially distanced and there was hand sanitizer available. I'd happily shop here again.

Best JB-HiFi I’ve had experience with! Waited 11 weeks for a purchase from JB New Lynn without a single communication from them, even when I went in they were clueless. Waltzed into this Hamilton store to try my luck, the Manager (awesome guy) actually looked at the computer properly for me, and sorted it out within 2 days, he even helped me put the purchase in my car! If I ever buy anything else from JB in the future, I’ll just come home from Auckland and deal with this store. Thanks Team!

We went in to get our Chrissy presents to each other. I gave up, too many choices, no info and nobody around to ask. Hubby got headphones only to find they needed an app downloaded and still they wouldn't work. Turns out the plug was a bayonet deal. Who knew? Srsly if you don't have a geek in the family, forget it!

Great service. Most of their products are grouped by brand so if you're looking fir something specific it's easy to find. Sales reps are friendly and easy to talk to as well.

They have an alright selection and fairly good prices. There is a reasonable selection of vinyl records but they aren't sorted into genre anymore, only A-Z, which is hugely frustrating sifting through everything to find what you are looking for.

When you're given a warm welcome to from the security officer at the door, you get exceptional 'nothing is too much trouble' service from the young lady in the computer department, great prices thanks to amazing discounts for Queen's Birthday weekend and you can have a laugh with the ladies at the checkout, then WHY would you go anywhere else?? The best example of the whole customer service experience hands down!!

Parking is terrible. Great shop but too difficult to get to them. Parking fines is common as wardens monitor for any op to dish out tickets. Not a good look for a struggling CBD. Prefer to shop at the base.

I recently had to return a faulty Fitbit, and found the staff easy to deal with and very helpful. I was then given the choice to take a replacement unit, on the spot or upgrade to the latest model which was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for their awesome service and great product knowledge.

JB HiFi is always a cool place to visit when it's not flooded with customers because interactions and purchasing decisions can be made fluently and without pressure. I was looking for quality headphones with direct cable options and usually, the cables option decreases with cost, but I secured a set that had the best of both, it was their last one, it was at half price, and I couldn't say no. Basically, I got way more than I expected for the price I paid. A very happy customer.

Went to have a look at some over ear head phones, they have quite a large selection & wasn't there long before a young man Cam & asked if he could help, he took me through the different types & brands had very good product knowledge & was very helpful.

He was able to do a price match on the product sold elsewhere that was cheaper than their store plus take a few more dollars off after asking if I can get a further discount as an Essential Worker 😁 the only conditions were to spend $20 for a second year warantee so if there's damage/stops working you can have another product the sa.e for free.

Great store for electronics, although Hamilton has no whiteware due to space. Store manager is super smart and clued in with latest tech stuff. If it's cell phone help you need ask for Alan, he's straight up but really knows phones inside out. Parking unfortunately is always painful, but with a little patience you can usually find one on the street where you get 2 hours free.

Recently bought a record player as a present. They were more then happy to exchange the player once I had realised that it was the incorrect purchase. They helped in choosing the correct player and assisted in other returns that came about. A happy team is a good team and at JB Hi-Fi they prove that substantially. Could not recommend them more.

Heaps of choice, everything is out to play with and try out, the staff are always down for a yarn about the products and if they don't know they will go and find someone who does. Prices are pretty reasonable for most items too which is great. Sometimes the music is a little loud.

Maybe staff should get their own free parking behind store so customers can use spaces. Otherwise and Overall happy customer.

Been in the Waikato for over a decade and have shopped here lots. Great service. Staff are welcoming . A week ago, I purchased a new Samsung phone from the Hamilton store. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. Did my first online order of a newly released Napalm Death cd, and received it at my Leamington address in less than 24 hours! A few years ago, I purchased earphones with a 3.5mm connection - which for some strange reason were too loose fitting to stay connected to my mp3 player. I was able to exchange this product for another brand with no hassles. Highly recommended.

Very rare to get it cheaper at Warehouse for certain selection except when they get into real clearance mode.
