The technician who helped me was incredible he retrieved everything and I now have a restored computer.
Outstanding service. Time was given to hp me reinstall software. The price was amazing.
L.I must say the staff Triney was very helpful and did patently sat with me and solved all my queries ( Apple ID, Gmail, apps etc ). I did went to few other places like vodafone and a tech shop they couldn’t resolve my issue. Thank you for all the help and highly recommend.

C.I brought my MacBook Pro into Oobe last week, with a screen issue that was affecting my laptop seriously, however the warranty had expired less than a month ago. The technician Shabnam went out of her way to contact Apple to get my warranty extended due to the recent level 4 lockdown. Apple agreed to extend the warranty so it could be repaired. The part for my screen arrived on Tuesday and my laptop was ready for collection on Tuesday (the same day!) just a few hours later. Thank you so much Shabnam and the team for going out of your way to get my laptop repaired under warranty. Fantastic and friendly customer service which is always greatly appreciated.

B.it’s always good to have a warranty my computer went in for service and under warranty I got way more repaired for free than expected several issues that I wasn’t aware of thanks oobe.
