I needed a power pack for my new
MacBook urgently (computer just got released with new charger, so really hard to find) and these guys have be doing everything they could to get me one within 24 hours, when all other retailers told me it was not possible. They even went to the delivery company themselves to it pick up so that I could have it before they closed!
