If I'm looking for Turnrtables Headphones Speakers they have it. Also a huge variety of DVD's of Movies New and old, plus Anime. Plus many other electorocal appliences available. Friendly staff ready to Help. 👍

We had an excellent experience, we were out shopping for a laptop after 5pm on a Sunday and we must've plagued the poor sales guy with a million questions and he just answered every new question with the same enthusiasm as the previous. Fast forward about an hour (we were extremely indecisive to say the least) and we had a gorgeous brand new laptop with a 4 year warranty and all the specifications we wanted AND still in our budget. Great job and thanks for all your help, Alex!!! He's got great knowledge of the products and gives great advice. All the other guys behind the counter were also lovely. Great bunch of people :)

Managed to get a great retail assistant that was Briliant and went the extra mile in getting my daughter and iphone 11 in red. They are all good , Noel learning, heathcotes, harvey norman so it boils down to service. Noel leamning Cambridge is my usual haunt but they didn't have any iphone 11 left hence JB.

People often confuse a 3 star rating with negative. Conveniently forgetting that 3 out of 5 is an average rating. JB HiFi is in a way trapped in their own rules. Most stores appear the same, and the staff are all eager to greet, chat and assist in any way. Bayfair is no different. Don't get me wrong, the staff are nice and pleasant and the store is clean... But it is average at best due to the fact that JB HiFi must maintain their own standards. It's a shame is some ways that they can't really be individuals, and have their own sense of identity. Nice staff, clean store, good prices... But much the same as every other JB HiFi.

I went in to get a new coffee maker and toaster, couldn't find what I wanted on the floor...From the Guy up front to the guy that dug through sooo many boxes (wish I had got his name) to the cashier the service was great! So helpful and didnt make my request seem like a bother in the least. Thank you!

I was alarmed when a burnt electrical smell filled our living room and then smoke started billowing out of the sub-woofer we'd bought through JB Hifi in November 2018 (1 year 9 months ago). I had a record of the VISA card payment but couldn't find the actual receipt. I can't speak highly enough about the response by JB Hi-Fi staff when I returned it. They verified the transaction on their computer and issued me with an immediate replacement. I am delighted with the courtesy and efficiency with which they handled my return. Well done, JB Hi-Fi! Great after-sales service. A very satisfied, happy customer 😊.

Got a vast selection of material and good store brand too love jb (need more around the country to be honest but I understand why there's not so I'm happy to travel far(mission it))and all in all probably better than most stores. So I was seeking out a headset but didn't find it(I have extensive retail skills know how to find thing and am aware of the complexities of customers (Ah i mean human beings) didn't find what I was looking for so I opted for an alternative great but just not the same as I was after.stood for a wee while no one approached and when somebody did there didn't seem to be to much huminaty to it to me so I was like meh 'no thank you' .but you could be more tachfull instead of can I help you when you approach someone ??? "I don't know can you can you help me". I've already made up in my mind that no one can help me so... If someone is in the headset area look around obviously they are think about headsets and so you could say 'big decisions huh what do you have in mind' it is a big difference but hay that's just na example. So anyway i am a simple person that's just my nature, I'll just like it or lump it no love lost from me, so if your not going to chat with me then I'm not going to chat with you basically no skin of my chin I will just walk away.and don't take this a me whining cose I'm not. and I don't what anyone to think this as a bad review far from it it's more of an up skilling sort o thing. 😉

Very great service here whenever I actually am looking for something I get help to find it and when im not really looking but just browsing it seems everyone is asking if they can help me . The store layout seems bit over crowded. I had a hard time finding different brands of phones when I wanted to see the sony selection phones it would have been nice if you had a bigger logo sign to make it easier to see where each kind of phones are. I feel like labeling the isles and decluttering the store would change things around a lot.

Great product range with competitive prices. Offers everything froms DVD/Bluray box sets of your favourite TV shows and movies to the newest iPhone as well as home appliances. Layout isnt the easiest to navigate if you're looking for a quick visit its best to find a team member.

The adult toy store. I liken it to Best Buy in the States. Every kind of electronic gadget you can dream of and lots of different models of each. Be prepared to lose a small part of your life when you go in; but well worth it. Pretty competitive on most things so you'll need to know what's out there. Superb service from almost everyone works here. I applied QCard through them to get Galaxy Tab S6. The guy (Lakorda, hope I spelt the name correctly) who handled the QCard application was really helpful and informative during the process. He spent a lot of time with Q Card customer service to sort out my application. From entrance to exit everyone is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They did price matched with Pbtech weekend offer too. I came here after having terrible customer service from PbTech Tauranga store and JBHIFI Bayfair service is outstanding and exceeds my expectations.
