Absolutely awesome these guys set us up with a cable that links 2 houses on our one internet subscription (houses are on the same title) told us our internet was good enough just needed the cable and modem so didnt upsell us unnecessarily. We had an issue with the modem after a year same day repair and then being the technophobes we are the connection dropped and the call back service called us back and repaired remotely. No long hold times! Absolutely amazing service and would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

Northland Technology took on a security system job that two other companies had given up on and put in the too hard basket. Northland Technology provided a service to me that was unmatched. Not only did they travel to my premises but they did so within one hour of my phone call for help. They gave great advice, did a preliminary inspection and charged a very affordable fee. Thank you heaps Josh. We had a big problem with our computer and 2 people spent 4 hours trying to fix the problem with no success. We then contacted Northland Technology. They came to our office that afternoon and took the computer away to fix it overnight. They returned it the following morning with our emails restored. Phew! They also offered to help us find a long term solution by migrating our mail to the cloud and we will take them up on that offer. Their prompt, efficient service was very appreciated! Highly recommended.

He has arranged our e-mails so that we are now protected and they are held in the "cloud". Our website is now working for us. We recently moved to Kerikeri and got Northland Technology to help us set up our internet connection. Cannot speak highly enough of the service given by Josh. Angel and Dylan. Nothing was too much trouble ... they did troubleshooting on a few of our laptop problems and also set up a booster system to get great wifi coverage throughout our home. Just as the COVID lockdown hit, my new laptop charger failed. Northland Technology sourced a replacement from Auckland but it turned out to be a knockoff that didn’t work. Northland got on the phone to China and ordered one from the factory under warranty, none of which I could have managed. They really came through for me.

(Translated) I have a break in the lens for the photos in my iPhone iPhone and since we are on a longer trip I wanted to have it repaired and went to this shop and was very kindly advised and they helped me to find someone to come to me tomorrow Auckland can fix my lens. You did that without asking me a penny. Very friendly advice some phone calls made for me because I do not speak English well and made an appointment so that I already got the address how to get there and everything. I can only recommend this shop everything that goes on computers and so on, he does himself and otherwise he looks for someone competent for you. It doesn't get any better than this. Many thanks to the entire team (Original) Ich habe in meinem Handy iPhone einen Bruch in der Linse für die Fotos und da wir auf einer längeren Reise sind wollte ich diese repariert haben und bin in diesen Shop gegangen und wurde sehr lieb beraten und man hat mir geholfen jemanden zu finden der mir morgen in Auckland meine Linse reparieren kann. Das hat man ohne einen Cent von mir zu verlangen gemacht. Sehr freundlich beraten einige Telefonate für mich geführt da ich nicht so gut Englisch kann und einen Termin vereinbart so dass ich auch schon Adresse Anreisemöglichkeit und alles bekommen habe. Ich kann diesen Laden nur weiter empfehlen alles was Computer und so weiter geht macht er selbst und ansonsten sucht er jemand kompetenten für einen aus.
