Y.Jason and the team were fantastic in diagnosing an issue we had with our laptop.
Though it is from another company in Auckland the team at VRC had no issue with running tests and giving us great advice on how to approach that company with questions.
They even did a clean and clone all with in a reasonable price.

N.As a remote contractor with very limited support from the client, I was extremely thankful to find this company. Their patience and support in getting me up and running again has been phenomenal and it is so reassuring to know that I can rely on them to look after me in the future.
M.So I got my computer from these guys a few weeks ago. I completely love it, my cousin, brother and brothers partners have all now got computers from here aswell. Top quality computers right through top quality custom service. Will not be going elsewhere for any computer parts or anything.
K.My experience with vrc has been great from start to finish. Was able to buy my entire setup for a reasonable and sometimes cheaper price, whether it be the pc itself or the peripherals that was bought with it.
Customer service was polite and easy to understand as I wanted to compare different brands and their respective prices.
They were very patient with me, and we even had a few laughs.
Would highly recommend having a look online or visiting instore.

They aren't salesmen trying to make a quick dollar, they're computer technicians.
Went in there with what I thought was a broken laptop. In under 5 mins they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Didn't charge me for the service. Will undoubtedly be going back there in the future.

They have been so informative on what parts I should go with giving many options and many parts to stay away from. Have had a few small issues here and there but you get that with technology. They've been great to deal with with these little issues. Very informative over the phone and they really really know there stuff. Super friendly and easy to approach. Can't recommend enough
N.Update: went back to build a few gaming rigs. Process was painless, sorted the whole ordeal via email/phone. Will recommend vrc to absolutely everyone. You don't get service like vrcs at "big chain" stores.. appreciated being a person, and not a number.. Cheers guys.

They gave me a very helpful custom recommendation what new parts I needed for a rebuild based on the type of work I do on my PC. D.When purchasing a gaming desktop computer, I looked at their website for choice, then made a phone call for clarification. They were fantastic in their advice. They gave great service to source a particular video card that I wanted.
The desktop arrived and it looked great and runs very well.

Shortly after I ordered, I found a local online retailer who also had the joystick I ordered in stock, and was tempted to cancel my order thinking I could get it faster. Thankfully I didn’t and not long after placing my order I received a phone call to confirm everything which was a nice touch. Despite the lockdown, it arrived very quickly.

J.We have been dealing with Matt and his team for a number of years now after they were recommended by the company doing our telecommunications.
They upgraded our systems and PC,s over time and set up a great back up system off site for peace of mind. Our system has never run better with generally no problems and the occasional one that does crop up is dealt with immediately.

s.Hi just wanted to give a big shout out to VRC computers , I'm stuck in lockdown in Auckland and was wanting to upgrade my Logitech flight yoke to a honeycomb yoke, id tried all the big companies in Auckland to see if they could do a click and collect but no luck
i googled the yoke i was looking for and vrc pcs ad come up, this was at 3pm on Friday, i rung them directly the guy i talked with told me to make an online purchase and he'd put it on the courier that afternoon and for a Saturday morning delivery. short answer is thanks to there great service provided by the staff at vrc the yolk arrived at my house this morning about 11 am, well packaged now I'm ready to face the lockdown on my flight sim using the pimax VR headset should be a breeze really, thanks again great service fast delivery ,ill be looking to upgrade my graphics card shortly so my first call will be to VRC pcs

N.These Guys are Absolutely Amazing!!! To deal with. I have dealt with them twice now, And i could not reccomend them HIGHLY enough! Super Friendly, Accomodating & Helpful in Solving problems. I had my OG 15year Old laptop which had all original sentimental childrens baby photo's and the computers ability to work died, therfor i could not retrieve these memories. It sat for years as i couldnt bring myself to throw it away! I took the Old Mac to VRC & They worked a tecnical surgery of magic. Retrieving all of its contents! & got all upon a usb.
