I have again experienced total satisfaction from NetPoint visiting my business today and efficiently installing further hardware and resolving recent problems of a varying nature from internet to phoneline including assistance from Spark helpdesk. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. They built a monster of a pc to my specs and it came in well below the cost of anything else being offered for a lesser pc. Then when there were issues with the screen, they took on the company that provided it and made sure I got what I had requested. Huge props guys.

They really are a great company. i feel they are really looking out for the safety of their customers. I was recommended to this bunch of guys by another self-employed friend, who stated they they went over and above the call of duty; offering a speedy and efficient service (usually at no cost if it was over the telephone help and and an issue which could be speedily remedied). My experience of Jobi and his team is similar...friendly, prompt, efficient and cost effective service. I highly recommend this company in Pukekohe. This is an unsolicited opinion.

Speedy service, after an early afternoon call, and engineer came round to our office the next Day. Engineer was friendly and professional, listened our explanation of our software issues, then set about fixing them. Will use again if necessary, but not too soon I hope :-)

WOW!!! - had another company try and retrieve data from my corrupted external drive - they had it for 4 months and could do nothing - these guys had it for less than 10 minutes and had fixed it - forever in their debt!! - cannot recommend them highly enough!!
