L.Quick and easy service. Successfully diagnosed and fixed my home desktop PC with time to spare. Raj actually saved me the cost of a new graphics card as well. Awesome!
M.My computer had issues I could not even consider trying to rectify. I phoned Raj on the Thursday at 1pm, he advised me that he was able to come to my home at around 5pm. He texted me 20 mins before arrival. We discussed the issues I was having in depth, the solutions and the price of his services. We agreed on a flat rate as it was not a quick fix. I was given a timeline it would take to fix the computer which was Sunday.
Raj called me on Friday afternoon and told me the issues had been sorted and he was willing to drop off my computer at my home on Saturday. This morning, Saturday, Raj arrived at the agreed time, explained what he had done, downloaded further password protected apps which needed to be installed, worked through all the applications with me and made sure I was happy. Computers are almost part of the family now especially with sensitive information contained in them, I totally agree with others who have used Mobile PC Doctor and given Raj a 100% trust and confidence rating. His service was prompt, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend contacting Raj to sort your computer woes. Many thanks Raj, you have another very satisfied customer.
N.I had the disturbing experience of being unable to log into my computer, as after startup, whenever I entered my password the icons came up as if to open - then reverted to blank screen. Then it automatically started again and went through the same process over and over.
I was without a useable computer - and a handful of urgent bills to pay. What was I to do?
I called Mobile PC Doctor, and soon Raj came to my rescue. The following day he came to my flat and tested the offending machine.
The diagnosis was a failing hard drive, so he took the computer back to his workshop to work on it.
Tonight, he returned (after only 2 days), and re-installed the device, into which he had installed a new Samsung SSD hard drive, and had transferred all my data from the old HD.
Everything tested out well, so I am very happy. Raj's service is very efficient. He has obviously a lot of experience over at least 20 years.
I would most definitely recommend his services if you have computer problems you can't solve.

B.Fantastic service from Raj! We had an urgent need on a Saturday and this was no problem for Raj. He came straight away. Not only did Raj resolve our main issue he also went an extra step by asking if we had any further needs/issues while he was here, and in fact we did. He did some troubleshooting on another computer we have and made some recommendations and he was able to make recommendations on the specifications we needed on an upcoming laptop purchase. I highly recommend Raj and will be using him again. He knows his stuff!!

T.The service that Raj provided was very professional, prompt and efficient. I called him just prior to 6pm and he was here in about half an hour. Not only did he fix the issue but he also spent the time to 'clean' the laptop and give it a long overdue maintenance check. His charge out rate was very reasonable and great value for money.

B.Raj has been servicing my domestic computer, laptop and phone for the past 3 years at least. I have found him reliable and efficient. As a pensioner I am not the most computer literate and Raj keeps my technology working well and can answer any problems or questions for me. Especially, security, and programs etc that i should or should not be using. Bill -28/7/20 Wanted to update my review.....Raj has continued to service my devices on a regular basis and i am very pleased with the service. L.I am past carrying my rather heavy video editing system up and down the stairs in my house to take to a Computer specialist. I used Mobile PC Doctor to come to my home and upgrade my PC with a new Graphics Card. Raj was responsive and came exactly when he said he would to attend to the upgrade. C.My aging laptop was failing so I contacted Raj via the Internet based on the ratings provided by other customers. He came to my house the next day and when he wasn’t able to resolve the issue immediately took my laptop away for further investigation. When it became apparent he wasn’t able to fix my laptop economically he recommended I replace it and gave advice on the specs I would need. Once purchased I dropped the new laptop to Raj’s house, had the new software installed and data transferred within a day. I was really happy with the service Raj provided. He was friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable and great at explaining the issues to a non-PC person. I would have no hesitation recommending or using Raj again.
T.Raj has repaired my laptop on two separate occasions for different issues over the past few months. As Murphy's law would have it it's always been on a Friday that my device decided to misbehave! Raj has worked tirelessly to ensure the repair was completed in the shortest possible time. He's always very happy to help, is knowledgeable and able to explain things very clearly. T.I have an older PC, around 5 years old and Raj has upgraded it my increasing the memory and also upgraded the software to Windows 8. Its been over 6 months now and my machine is still as fast as it was when Raj upgraded it.

C.Raj was a great find and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. My work HP laptop would not boot or recognise any operating software and Raj was able to fix the issue and update the system quickly, and understood fully the importance of data on the hard disk, so was methodical and careful in his process.

M.I never met the guy, we only spoke on the phone. I left my computer at his house and was met by his friendly family. A very easy solution since I'm very busy. B.I've had issues with my computer's network adapter and Raj was quite efficient in solving the issues as well as explaining his process in a friendly manner. I believe the issue could have been solved within the hour however, and do note he charges for travel time.
