2022 Update We were impressed by their response to resolve our issue. So we ordered from them again and we had no issues. Nov update. I received a replacement part. It’s still has the same issues but I doubt it’s not anything to do with orange direct. After several emails back and forward with the owner I want to acknowledge that they have done their best to rectify this issue. I would recommend using orange direct as New Zealand supplier. They did take some time to respond to my query has been resolved to my satisfaction. Oct 24 Update. The supplier has been in touch has provided evidence of genuine parts and is sending a replacement part. I ordered a genuine Apple part. It's not genuine; you can see the part doesn't align with the edges of the power block. I paid a premium for the part intentionally; I wanted genuine apple parts as it's a power unit and aftermarket parts overheat. I got something I could have bought for $8-9 elsewhere. I gave 1 star as the product is not represented accurately.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Dealt with the "out of ordinary" with them. I'm happy I've come across their website. I'm happy to provide proof of transaction with them (privacy act applies). I could not be any happier with my "special purchase". Just chat with them, they've accommodated my special request. Just a happy Mac Pro owner here! :) I haven't event received my order but I'm already satisfied to give this feedback.
