Hungry PC has been a pleasure to deal with. We had speedy delivery (next morning) and very well packaged/protected computer using quality recycled packaging, well done HungryPC doing your part for the environment. The computer was as described and in excellent condition. More importantly, I had a problem running two monitors and was extremely frustrated with the issue, Mike at Hungry PC replied to all emails and was very attentive to help resolve the problem which we fixed. Excellent customer service from the team, thankyou! I would gladly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Really great service, in depth assistance to choose the best product. The after sale service was amazing unlike bigger companies that will drop you like a hot potato once payment has been made. I received my laptop and it was well packaged and it was exactly what I ordered. Everything working well and I am so happy with the communication I had from the start to finish. Mike replied back to my emails instantly. Even after receiving my laptop, I still had some questions about the laptop and Mike communicated very clear and accurate information to give me the best experience with my laptop. Thank you so much Mike and team. I would highly recommend. Fast friendly service and thanks for the little chocolate bar that was sent with the laptop, my son got to it before me but thank you for going above and beyond.

I've had my PC for 3 months now, and have found it awesome. The PC Arrived pre-installed with apps; and was very well packaged with a notification that courier delivery was imminent. Set up was easy, and Mike was very helpful and communicative as I added extra RAM and speakers. I've had two computers now from Hungry PC. There's also been plenty of advice and tech tips, the after support has been fantastic. The team at Hungry have proven themselves to be friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and approachable. Dealing with Mike was really easy as he listened and then built something tailored to suit me that has worked out perfectly. Have purchased four different refurbished business class machines from them in recent years. Every time my expectations have been exceeded. The quality of their work is outstanding. They are highly approachable and easy to talk to and I cannot speak highly enough of their service. If you buy from them I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I needed a computer for my school work but mum didn't have the money .she looked on trade me and found 1 she said would do what I needed it to do The HungryPC place had the computer so mum said she would ask if they would keep it for me till her next pay day if she did buy now.They said yes so I get my computer this week and my mum can have hers back.Mums says it will be good for my games to.she read their feedback which was really good and said not many places would help like HungryPC have done.Mums telling me lots of what to say here because HungryPC have told her if we need anything else just to ask then.Mum said shes going to save for a laptop for next year for when I go to highschool and get it from the same place cos when you have a good person to deal with .you should stay with them.Thankyou HungryPC for helping us when we thought no one would .
