Had a great experience getting the battery replaced on my 2015 Macbook Air. The staff were friendly and there was great communication from Connect throughout the process with emails and texts. The service was pretty quick, 2 days for a quote and then 7 business days for the repair (including getting the part shipped in from overseas). I asked one question over email and got a response within 15 minutes. Laptop works perfectly now, and they gave it a really good clean as well which was much appreciated.

I felt I had to write to express the exemplary service I have had from your customer services staff - particularly James. Unfortunately my ipad has water damage so I went through State (my insurance carrier) and they directed me to your company. I initially spoke to James who asked all the right questions and he explained each step I needed to take to either have the ipad repaired or written off. He sent me a text to let me know the courier was dropping off a return paid container on 27 October. The courier dropped off the container on Friday 29 October and they picked it up that afternoon. I received a confirmation text on 1 November when my item arrived with instructions that I would receive the outcome within 2 days. True to his word I received a text advising my ipad has been serviced and is irreparable. I'll be able to go shopping next week for a replacement (smile). Once again I would like to commend your company & staff for keeping me up-to-date and will also be forwarding a letter to State praising your company. Kind regards Heather Bate

My laptop is absolutely essential for my work locally and globally. When the poor thing didn't wake up after a restart, I discovered the battery was on its last leg. The folks at Connect NZ were awesome - they evaluated the problem, ordered the battery from Oz and installed the battery the same day it arrived (2 days after diagnosing the problem). Crystal and Rachel rock!

First of all I was impressed with the quick response when I sent an email inquiry to this company. I had looked around at pricing and found them very competitive in this area. When I went down to deliver my computer for its overhaul I had a really great reception from the person behind the desk, nothing was too much trouble and I walked away feeling I had done the best thing ( as opposed to the feeling of being unsure when you leave a big part of your life in a strangers hands!) Work was finished on time and follow up questions answered promptly! Highly recommend ConnectNZ.

EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED !! The front desk lady was warm and welcoming. The technician was knowledgeable and understood my phone’s issue even though the diagnosis didn’t pick up anything. Gave me a loan phone and got my iphone replaced in 3 days. Great communication and top notch service. Highly recommended. Genuinely happy. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the service at Connect NZ. I dropped off my faulty Samsung phone and had the repairs made and phone ready to go in just 3 days. Front desk service and updating emails were first rate.

I liked everything about ConnectNZ ... took my S21 Ultra for screen replacement as they are the authorized Samsung service provider in Wellington. Their service was very fast! Crystal, at the front desk was just fantastic ... she was extremely courteous and knowledgeable; knew exactly what she had to do and did that very fast! A+++++

One of the best places I have been to in NZ. This is a real certified Apple repair source, that uses Apple's website pricing for their repairs. I was able to get a replacement iPhone X battery put into my phone on the same day I brought it in. Service is up to high standards, and they even replaced the waterproof screen adhesive. Almost every 3rd party repair service will never do this. Highly recommended I will defiantly be back!

Brought a macbook in to have the screen replaced thinking I would have to pay for it myself but the team at Connect researched it and found it was warranty work so i didn't pay anything. I so appreciate their professionalism , the work was done and I had my mac back in less than 3 days and it looks and works great.

Had a Mac pro and and Air in need of repairs. The staff (Paul) went above and beyond providing a thorough and affordable service even for a student. Kept us well informed throughout, with the whole assessment process and provided clear repair options. Also fixed within a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Great service. Having an issue with my new phone, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took in it for a quick assessment and made a plan on the spot to send it to Auckland for further review. They followed though on updating me on what's happening throughout the process and I have a replacement phone which is working well. Awesome stress-free process. Thank you Connect NZ. SUPER great service. I dropped in my ailing laptop to Connect. Two hours later they called me to give me the in detail prognosis. Brilliant! Every dealing I had with this company was superb. They were fast, precise and customer focused. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service and would have to be one of the best in customer service I've experienced lately. An error on connectNZs behalf meant that my phone was not repaired within the set time frame. I was notified that my phone would be replaced on the day instead of further waiting for repairs. Staff seem to go the extra mile

Excellent service! I'd love to give them 10 stars if I could. I was assisted by such lovely and helpful staff who fixed my iPhone front camera in just an hour! They even helped me put on a screen protector perfectly after the camera repair. Would definitely recommend Connect NZ and go back again.

Fantastic experience. I had an issue with my iPhone under warranty, and Apple booked me with these fine people the next day. It took 5 mins to explain the issue and drop off my phone, and 2 hours later, they called and said it was done. Clean and professional job approved by Apple and ME! Well done!

From my first contact with the very friendly receptionist to the collection of my laptop, Connect provided an outstanding service. I was kept so well informed at all stages of the process by technician Paul. He also went above and beyond the call of duty, waiting late so that I could pick up my computer before the New Year closure. It was in perfect working condition and even beautifully cleaned. I could not be more grateful for the service received!

Would highly recommend this company. I called in at about 10am on friday morning and asked them to fix my screen, the quote was a little bit pricey(cheaper price would've got that 5th star) but they did a great job. My phone was fixed and ready for pickup by 3pm, good as new. Thanks to everyone at Connect!

I was terrified that I had absolutely destroyed my computer when it gently slid off the bed [No bang] but then stopped working. The first repair shop rolled their eyes at me and told me it would cost thousands, but maybe to go to another service provider, or 'Connect'. [Connect was second company they mentioned] As it was on the way home I went in. I was greeted by plaques and awards around the foyer, speaking of amazing service, awarded to the company by Apple and other top companies. I was also greeted by a delightful, quirky, friendly and incredibly helpful woman at the desk, who went out of her way to explain things thoroughly to each customer. I was delighted before even handing over my MAC. After I told her the problem she assured me they would take a quick look and let me know what they could do. The technician, who was really professional and friendly, told me the problem. explained he'd investigated and it was still under warranty, and that it would be no problem. Even better I got it back the very next day as good as new. He even cleaned the charging port [Partners a surfer and so sand had found it's way in. Not conducive with charging!] This was without doubt the BEST customer service I can recall. I have no fear recommending them for any issues with laptops, phones or other technology. No wonder they have awards and certificates adorning their walls. 5 star service with 5 star staff.. A delight to deal with. Thank-you Connect Adelaide Road. You are my real life heroes!!!! I had a hardware fault with a MacBook and was struggling to find an authorised Apple service place in Wellington that was anything other than really unhelpful (yes, some of the authorised Apple service places are really bad). Then I phoned Connect. They were superb. They listened, they advised, they answered my questions, and it was all done promptly, helpfully, and exactly as they said they would do it. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Just had a nightmare from hell with another apple repair agent, quoted be $150 and took over two weeks to get my phone back. Went into connect newtown to see their pricing, with in ten minutes it was diagnosed and nothing needed to be fixed! the speaker just needed a good clean. absolutely outstanding customer service and exceeded me expectations when they said there was no charge. 10/10 recommend!

I generally don't write reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve a 5 star. Prompt calls, willing to listen to the problems, great communicator, and picked up things that I didn't even realise that was faulty. I have been there twice now with my MacBook Pros, and feel very lucky to have a reputable company near where I work / live.

I took my daughters Apple laptop in to be fixed expecting a huge invoice. Connect were extremely friendly and advised the laptop could be under warranty as it was two and a half years old. I was away overseas after dropping off the laptop and Connect was very professional in keeping me updated with the repairs which turned out to be an Apple fault. I cannot recommend them enough for brilliant service.

Fixed my Mac computer, excellent service and fast turn around.

I originally gave them a one star but am changing my review as they sorted my issues. Repair took longer than I would have wanted but sorted now. Screen fixed. Battery replaced. The manager apologised for the bad service received and even dropped the phone back to me. Took about a week longer than I would have liked but sorted now.

Well I would like to thank NZ connect technology assistant . I didn’t really repair my MacBook there but one staff kindly helped me checked my laptop without charging diagnosis and pointed out a lot of issues on my computer professionally! Anyway he offered me approximate 800NZD to fix my laptop and that was a lot to me but when I came home my Mac just magically repaired! Thanks a lot ! If u have a serious issue on your laptop and don’t mind spend a bit higher price I would totally recommend here !

I have always had exceptional service from Connect NZ Wellington.

I have had experience using ConnectNZ in both Wellington and Christchurch and the staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. Exceptionally friendly and easy to deal with. This instance was equally enjoyable, they successfully achieved a faster turn around than they had promised which was fantastic! I will prefer to use ConnectNZ than the other Apple Repair Centres around the country.

The customer service and technical expertise provided at Connect NZ's site in Newtown was absolutely superb! Matt had to work on my MacBook a few times and always sought a speedy, comprehensive solution to the problem at hand. I feel at ease knowing they're in the area and won't hesitate to take any of my devices to them in the future for repair or advice. A special thanks to Matt and Crystal!

Prior to Christmas we experienced problems with our imac staying connected to the internet. We went through extensive trouble shooting with Apple who were unable to cure the problem. We then took the computer to Connect and explained the problem with Matthew Froggatt. He put the computer through tests but could not fault it. Before any further dismantling of the computer he suggested contacting our internet provider relating to a possible faulty Modem/ Router. Matthew Froggat was correct and the Modem/Router were replaced and the computer has worked perfectly ever since. I would recommend Connect and in particular Matthew Froggatt to everyone for the efficient and courteous manner they showed me. Also the additional queries they answered for me not related to the problem.
