My laptop screen broke and I searched far and wide in Wellington to get it replaced. Without naming names multiple places were difficult, expensive, and inconvenient. However Tech Planet were amazing. I quickly dropped off my laptop in the middle of work and picked it up again an hour later in better condition than i’ve seen it in a while. On top of this they charged me the price they quoted me at the beginning even though the price ended up being $30 more. I could not recommend this place more and will 110% be coming back when my devices get cracked. A++

Really good service! Got an LCD replacement for my Macbook Air. It was diagnosed within hours, and the repair was completed on the same day. Pretty decent prices as well :) 110% would recommend!

These guys are great - while my playstation was beyond repair they didnt charge me for the work they put in to save it which was cool. very friendly and helpful. cheers guys. ill be going back in the future when i need something else looked at.

Took my phone in shortly before they were due to close for the day, intending to just get a quote for my cracked screen. They were far more affordable than other places and quickly offered to fix the screen on my iPhone 6S then and there. Done before closing time! I also bought the best phone wallet I’ve ever owned from there. Friendly service, very happy.

The 4 star rating is based on the fact that I was not advised about the arrival of the parts to complete the job. Improved Customer feedback regarding the status of jobs, would improve the rating to a 5 star. Perhaps a review of all tickets over 30 days on a monthly basis would improbe your ratings.

These guys know their stuff. Was seeking a cheap and trustworthy service to fix my laptop's fluid leakage damage. I asked them a few questions before trusting them and they provided great informative advice. Bigger companies asked for $120 just to look at damage, even if I didn't follow through with requesting a repair. Tech planet requested only around $39! My laptop is up and running now! Thanks guys

Really nice guys. Dropped my computer in on a Sunday afternoon and they had it completely fixed and ready for me to pick it up Monday afternoon. Kept me filled in on what they were doing the whole time and gave me realistic odds as to whether they could fix it. Did an amazing job and even offered to stay a little bit late for me to come and get my laptop if it took me a while to get to the after work. Thanks a lot guys!

Great shop, great service, great know how. Went to a bunch of shops to see if they could fix the charger port of my S5. They all said they would have to replace it and they might break the screen in the process. 5 minutes with these guys and it was fixed without replacement!

Brought my laptop in with a wifi problem, they had it fixed and returned to me very quickly. Due to an on-going problem I had to bring my laptop back in a few times but staff were very helpful and understanding. Laptop works perfectly now. Very reasonable with their prices too. Technicians are super friendly and helpful!

I had a great experience with TechPlanet when I wanted to get my MacBook Air keyboard cleaned/checked for liquid damage. Though I did have to replace the keyboard in the end, the service and communication was professional and fast (especially considering this happened right around Christmas and New Years) and I'm very happy with the repair. I would recommend TechPlanet.

Took my iMac in for a hard drive replacement expecting a few days to get it done. As I live so far away from the city and only there for that day, Hitesh fitted it same day so I didn't need an expensive trip back in. Brilliant service. And my iMac is humming!

Excellent service. Totally fixed an issue with a Max OS update (that left the computer stuck in a "restart or shut-down" loop). Service was friendly and very prompt (squeezing the job in during the afternoon as we had to leave Wellington first thing the next morning).

During my visit to Wellington I decided to have my iPhone 6 s repaired. The keypad was not working properly. Some keys didn't work at all. It was close to my hotel and so I walked in. 2 hours later it was completely repaired and working perfectly!

Had my phone repaired it was told to be above $200 dollars cost for the same problem. I walked into tech planet it was just a connection issue they charge me onlu their Labour fee and you won't believe me it all cost me around $55. Loved the service.

Had the best experience with TechPlanet, my laptop had been playing up for a couple of months then stopped working completely, I took my laptop in at 4pm, they called me with the problem and the solution by 5pm and had it fixed at 5.30pm. Had a phone that died on me, had two other shops that had taken it too to try recover the data as I hadn’t backed up, both other places failed to retrieve z data, popped in to Tech Planet who were very confident of retrieving it for for.
