Ashcroft was a great company to use. We had them project manage and build houses for us. Of course the process has its ups and downs as expected of house building, however despite this Ashcroft was professional through out the whole process and was easy to communicate with and delivered the project as on time as they possibly could. Will build with them again in the future if opportunity arises!

We deal with Ashcroft Homes regularly and they're a great team who work hard to ensure their clients end up with a home they're proud of. They're well organized and knowledgeable about our products that they use, but more importantly for us, they're a fun team who is easy to work with. We enjoy working with them and love seeing the homes they build.

Great communication from start to finish. Great team. Love our house. Each week we got updates on build progress. They did all they can to make sure we get the best value. We had a tricky site that would have cost us dearly. But Ashcroft went the extra mile to save us in engineering costs.

This was our first time building a home and we would like to say we are very happy with how Ashcroft Homes handled the entire process. From the subdivision to construction, the entire process was stress free with a professional team who would always keep us up to date. Ashcroft Homes has been my best option when it came to building my house. They had the perfect plan to fit my section and budget, briefed me the full process and kept me updated throughout. The build quality and finish is excellent and they are always polite and prompt for any maintenance needs even after the build has completed. Overall, we had a very pleasant and surprisingly smooth building experience with Ashcroft Homes. A huge part of this was due to our decision to go with Ashcroft for the resource consent application and the management of the subdivision - the subdivision team was very efficient and really streamlined the build. The information provided to us pre-build was also comprehensive and we received great communication throughout the build. The whole process was much less stressful than we imagined thanks to a very professional and friendly team. They provided us with accurate costings and any provisional sums were clarified with us with the original invoices from the contractors. The best thing was that the build was completed on time (<5 months) and under budget!

We used Ashcroft homes to demolish an old house and rebuild an Ascott in its place. All the staff were completely professional at all times, friendly and thorough. Their communication of building progress was excellent. They worked hard every day, often going the extra distance to ensure the build was as stress free as possible for us. We would recommend Ashcroft to anyone wishing to build a quality home and would definitely use them again.

This was our first go at building with a company – We have been very impressed with Ashcroft Homes. We attended their seminar (should be a must) which was very informative and answered many questions. Ashcroft Homes have an amazing group of people working for them who go that extra mile and help with the whole process from conception to turning the key in the door. We used Ashcroft to subdivide and build a new house on our section in Auckland. They have been fantastic! It was the first time we have done this and are really happy with how it all went. The team explained each part of process thoroughly and they don't mind answering my multiple questions. They are very good value and I feel provided us with a high spec and good looking house. We have used Ashcroft Homes to build our brand new house, they have been great from day one. They have explained to us all the process during our first meeting and everything went as per plan. Our Project Manger (Manish) was great, he always kept us in the loop and organised meeting with us onsite to show the progress during the building process. House looks great and I’m super impressed with the quality of the building. The whole experience from the building consent to the handover has been stress free. They have also a great team behind the scenes which helped us to get the building consent really quickly. If you are looking for a great building company Ashcroft Homes is the right company for you

To the Ashcroft Team, Today was a great day for us, with handover of two beautifully constructed Kingstons. We are humbled by the grand looks and impressed with the quality of work. We waited for 20 years before deciding to build and Ashcroft is the right choice. To all the staff members at Ashcroft who have worked hard behind the scene, we would like to say thank you very much for your contribution towards the success of this project. Thank you also to Sarah who first introduced us to Ashcroft and led the way, to Brendon for securing Resource Consent approval and making it feasible, to Daniel (your civil engineer) for his well thought-out drainage design, making it possible to utilise existing drainage, to Nikki for co-ordinating the site services and her ideas about provisions to be made now to assist with future subdivision, to Grant for coming with effective options to reduce costs when we are faced with unexpected additional excavation and retaining walls, to Laurie for her assistance with accounts and internal design, to Paul for his great team and last, but not least, to Manish, for taking this project to a successful conclusion Kind Regards, Chau & Stella.

I wanted to learn more about property development so went along to a free seminar which they hosted. I was really impressed with their team and depth of knowledge. I learned some new aspects of development and it's really got me thinking about my first property development. I'm also impressed with their new ideas for housing solutions in Auckland. We're running out of decent space, yet these guys have new ideas. Worth heading along for the evening yourself.

We have thought about developing our section and building for a long time now... we finally took the plunge and started calling around different companies. We went to everyone. We found Ashcroft Homes really open and honest to deal with and because of that we have decided to sign with them. We cant wait!!
