Ali completed an inspection for me recently. Apart from being very thorough, raising all issues on the property, giving a detailed report at a reasonable price, he was also conscious of our timeframe and completed the report in that short amount of time. Highly recommended.

We've used Alister twice to inspect houses before we bought them, both times we got a really thorough review of the house, and a good understanding of what work needed to be done if we bought it. He's really friendly, knowledgable, honest and I appreciated getting a certified builders opinion on the house so we knew what we were getting ourselves in to. Both times, the report was the deciding factor on whether we wanted to buy the house or not, and also helped with negotiations to make sure we got to a fair price knowing exactly what we were buying.
