Y.We have been dealing with Hamish MacDonald discussing designs and selections of their interesting homes, as we are in the early stages of procrastinating, deciding, comparing with other Companies. Fraemohs we have realised don't need to be compared with others, as clearly they represent high quality, good workmanship, and great customer service. We have been really impressed with not only the speed of reply to our questions, but their accurate, honest, non pressuring, helpful approach to us as potential clients. This goes a long way as peace of mind in the beginning, sets up a good foundation. Crucial to any build.
B.Great product but they didn't seem interested in helping us with extensions. After you've bought it you may be on your own.
G.We've built 2 Fraemohs kit homes now. The first we lived in for 18 years and loved every minute of it. We've upgraded to a larger property nearby and have just completed our new one. I've noticed a lot of changes to the way they're delivering their materials and have improved the support they're providing to self-assemblers. It made for a really smooth process. I haven't used their full build option but for kitsets would certainly recommend them.
M.My wife and I have just moved in to our new Fraemohs home and couldn't be happier with both the process and the result. The home is beautiful and even better than we expected. And the overall build process was a lot simpler than we thought it would be too. For us the main thing was being kept up to date regularly by the Project Manager so we knew what was happening. We had a target move in date of mid February, and were only a few days off as we were able to move in the third week of Feb. Would highly recommend to others looking to build.
C.We had a very special experience in building our home with the people from Fraemohs. Working with South Island based company certainly wasn't what we intended as there are so many good local builders. We liked their designs though and they'd actually built out family home growing up so I was familiar with them. So we gave them a shot and I have to say, we are absolutely delighted with our home.
