B.I called R&R on a really cold awful night using their after hours. After speaking over the phone the person on call decided to come out instead of leaving it for the next day (it was freezing!). He fixed the issue super quick, which was something stupid that i did and he just laughed and told me not to worry as i felt so bad he had come all the way out. Thank you so much!!
