Can't reccomend Today Homes as a building company enough! I was a first home builder and they couldn't have been easier to deal with. Explained everything at every step of the build with great communication. Just had my 90 day maintenance check & pleased to say there was nothing that needed sorting. If you're looking at building your first home I wouldn't think of going anywhere else, they made the whole process super easy!!

My husband and I researched plenty before we settled on building our home with Today Homes. Meeting with Jon, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and precise which made building with Today Homes an easy choice. The process went incredibly smoothly and they were extremely accommodating for us over the Covid period where we were unsure of our situation, which we are very grateful for. Lyndon was our contracts manager (?) and Josh our build manager, who were both outstanding as well. The quality of the house is incredible, even down to the fine details. We would recommend Today Homes in a heart beat. Thanks again team :)

We had a fault that appeared on the mirror and it was replaced without question - we built with Today Homes just over 5 years ago and would highly recommend using them. Great Project Management - things happened the week they said it would and the after sales service of any issues which have only been a faulty bathroom heater and mirror spot have been replaced without cost and in a very timely manner. Great communication throughout all the processes. Very good team of people to build our house.

From the first point of contact through to completion, Deane (Consultant), and Mike (Project Manager) were there to explain the process and give honest advice. This was coupled with weekly email updates throughout. This service was exemplary from the quality of the build to speed of completion. By far the best experience we have had in building a house to date.

Built my First Home with TODAY HOMES , Brad is amazing guy to deal with, he really help us til the house is finish , I approach 5 Home Builders for a price and Today Homes got the Best Price that fits our budget and requirements. Mike the Project Manager is well organized and so helpful. House completion date ahead by a week. Highly Recommend TODAY HOMES. Thank you very much guys. Job well done

We built our first home with Today Homes last year and can not rate the experience we had with them highly enough. Right from the start, they were very accommodating to any changes we wanted to make to our home to personalise it as our own. They were always happy to answer our questions, no matter how small and we were also pointed in the direction of a very helpful mortgage broker. Our build stayed on track the whole time thanks to our Project Manager and we moved in as expected in August 2018. We would not hesitate to use Today Homes again!

As first home buyers, Today Homes have been brilliant to deal with and clear at explaining the designing and building process to us. I thought designing our own home would be an expensive and lengthy process, but it hasn't been with them. Our consultant Brad and architect John, really listened to our long list of requests and managed to include them all in our house design & specification. We'd definitely recommend Today Homes to anyone looking to build in the Christchurch area.

I cannot recommend Today Homes and especially Jon and Mike more! They designed a home that suited our complicated family to a tee! The facade is really stylish and people have been complimenting us on how good our house looks. The price was really affordable as well!
