T.Currently we are building our first family home with Keola Homes. The team at Keola Homes are down to earth people who have the best interest for their clients. Knowing nothing about the building process, we have been guided step by step about what decisions we need to make and given expertise advice when needed. It has been an experience to watch our 2D plans transform into our soon to be home. With our endless questions and queries we have always had a prompt response. We would not hesitate to recommend Keola Homes to anyone who is looking to build their dream home just like us.
J.I have used Keola for two separate projects: a flood risk assessment for a renovation; and recently to design a large new home. I have also received advice from Keola when we have considered purchasing a couple of difficult to build on sites to see if what we were trying to achieve would be viable. In all instances Keola has been great to work with and very helpful with their expert advice.
K.We have recently engaged Keola Holmes to design our first home. Keola have been very prompt on responding to our questions about building. The design has been tailored to the site and was surprising close to our expectations in the first instance. I do enjoy the openness and friendliness of people we have dealt with.
