As others have said, a very professional service from the get go. Hamish was great to deal with and a good salesman, (had me sold) then Judy was the admin lady who I had the most contact with, she was amazing to deal with and a really good communicator. The actual roofers I didn’t get to meet however they did a brilliant job and I’m loving the look of it.It’s very stylish and I feel like my house is now solid and waterproof compared to the old tile roof and dealing with leaks during heavy rain, I’m a really happy customer thanks!

All I can say is Roof Doctors rock! After three roofing companies inspected my roof, Roof Doctors were the only ones that took photos so I could see how bad my roof actually was. I was so impressed with their services, up to date communications, professionalism, great clean-up, and competitive pricing that I would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs their roof looked at.

We were impressed by the service and professionalism of Roof Doctors and are delighted with the finished product. Alex explained the whole procedure extremely well and was easily contactable, responsive, obliging and courteous, we enjoyed our association with him. We had a new roof installed by Roof Doctor's and we can highly recommend their service. Hamish is amazing and a real asset to the company. Blake did an awesome job on the roof and our house now looks brand new! Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

We had the roof repaired and coated on a decramastic tile roof. The service from start to finish was fantastic and even with delays with Covid, was done in a timely manner. The roof looks brand new! Very happy with the service provided.

Some issue with the scaffolders, put the whole job behind, then when the scaffolding did go up, put parts of it on neighbor's property without her consent, was up for just over three months! The Roof work itself was great, Workers on the property great to deal with, did ask for extra quote to get garage done at same time as house roof, sales person never got back to us about. Happy with the job that's been done, looks great. Only three stars due to Scaffolders and some indifferent communication issues. After seeing this Review Roof Doctors contacted us and wanted to make amends for the delay with the Scaffolding. Really well done, and care for customer relations.

After a lot of waiting because of Covid. Roof Doctors were able to start on our roof. Very happy with end result.

Our concrete tile roof was repaired and painted by Roof Doctors. We were presented with a very comprehensive assessment of the roof including photographs of the "bad" bits and detailing work to be done, with a set price. Work was done to a very high professional standard and completed by the date initially advised in spite of covid lockdown and wet weather. The staff involved were polite and pleasant to interact with, all rubbish was removed, and we also had our windows cleaned at the end of the job!

I found Roof Drs to be very professional. I got everything I wanted from them. Reliability, accountability, project management and professional service from all of them including the initial consultant Hamish, Judy in the office, Ben the roofer and Tarrin the manager. Thank you so much guys. I love my roof and I so appreciate your follow through and support. We worked through some issues together (including covid lockdown) and I felt that you always had my best interests at heart. I felt like a valued and respected customer. Awesome work and thank you for pulling all the strings together for me.

Now I understand why you see Roof Doctor signs everywhere! These guys are super responsive and professional right across the team, from the guy who quoted the job and explained our options to the lady who answers the phone and responds to requests at the office nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out to the roofers who did a fantastic job and were accommodating and never in our way. Also thanks to the scaffolding team. I work in a service driven industry and have high expectations I am always interested in how well others operate. A first class team! Thanks guys!

Out standing service the roof doctor's are one of the best roofing companies in Dunedin had an new roof replace th e eye for detail was amazing furnished outstanding quality by the roofer asset to to the company . Very pleased with the work done by Roof Doctors. We had confidence that they had the skills needed to complete the re roofing of our commercial building with a comprehensive assessment report and frequent updates on progress. I especially appreciated the efforts they made to work in with the tenants for minimum disruption. The end result is excellent.

Marty, Tarrin and the team did an amazing job for us during our due diligence period for the purchase of a building. The Roof Doctors team provided a high quality review of the roof for us and were able to disseminate the information in a clear and understandable way. More than this they bent over backwards to meet our deadline, which from their point of view could easily have been considered unreasonable, Could not recommend this business enough.

the service received by the roof doctors team has been excellent and very professional. From the initial report that was very comprehensive, the quote that was very competitive and below our own estimation, to the working team that were very professional and communicative through the whole process. The production team was very tidy and the work was excellent, they ensured all areas were protected to ensure no damage was done. Thank you.

First of all, great quality fix of decromastic roof tiles. Responded well with temporary patch over area where tiles had come off the roof, and when they could were able to prep, fix, secure and spray coat all the roof tiles so they should last another 15 years or more - thanks. Secondly, the team is great! Really lovely people who not only put up with barking dogs, but also helped out with another unexpected animal situation as well - very much appreciated. Would highly recommend them and the Roof Doctor team.

The Roof Doctors have done a great job on our tile roof. It had broken tiles and was really weathered. The team answered our many questions (thanks for that as there were a lot!) We got to pick a new colour and it now looks as good as new! Would highly recommend and it is great to know that our roof is now protected for many years to come.

Have not heard back from them. As sometimes happens with business there was a mix up. Got a phonecall this morning, now all sorted, well done Roof Doctors look forward to seeing you onsite👍

Roof Doctors staff were friendly and helpful. Our roof has been repaired and resurfaced. It looks like a brand new roof. We are very pleased.

These guys were amazing. They were able to be on-site within a day and worked throughout the weekend to provide an urgent quote. The report was professional and thorough. Highly recommend using Marty and his great team.
