I usually never write review but Latitude home definitely deserved 5 stars service. It was our first build and thank god we chose latitude. Darrin and his team truly looked after us. They are super professional, response fast and best of all, affordable. This is a company that work for the best interest of their customer.

From the initial enquiry with Darrin to the handover, our experience with Latitude Homes Waikato has only been positive. The paperwork (variations etc) was handled in a fast and efficient manner by Karen (client relations). Matt, our project manager, was approachable and easy to talk to. We have just built our second home with Darrin & Sue Payne of Latitude Homes, Hamilton. From initial planning to the completed build the process has been an absolute pleasure, easy and enjoyable. Navigating covid from our base in Auckland has created some real issues completing our house. From the moment we walking through the Whakamaru Showhome in Hamilton we instantly fell in love with it . We love the Linea and Cedar and colour choices throughout the home. We have very recently just moved into our newly built home via Latitude Waikato. Noel was a pleasure to deal with at the beginning, so helpful in allowing us to alter their plans. During the build Darrin, Karen and Matt were great to deal with. Communication was super and all were quick to respond and help when needed. This is our first home and Building was quite a process especially for our first home but Darrin and Sue and their team made it a little easier. We had a budget and Latitude allowed us to build what we wanted without compromising much at all. House has turned out fantastic and we are in love! Thank you :)

We had a lovely experience with Latitude Homes, they listened to us and incorporated what we wanted into our home. Because it was our first build we did need them to explain the process and help us navigate through the maze of council regulations which they did with ease. The build itself was very quick and efficient and to a very high degree of quality. All in all we would love to use Sue and Darrin again and will if we ever move but we are so happy with our house I am not sure we will any time soon.

Built with Latitude Homes Waikato. Being a first-home buyer on a budget with all the stress and questions, Darrin has been hands-on from day one. He guided us, explained our options and walked us throughout the built. The team delivered what we wanted and on-time. Communication was great during the build, keeping in touch when the build stopped during the Covid-19 lockdown and even months after the handover Darrin is still there to support if you have queries. We built with Latitude Hamilton in 2018 and are very pleased with our finished house. We liked the flexibility we had with the plan and the modern finish. The quality of workmanship was good, and any issues were dealt with when noted. Overall Latitude was great to deal with and we would work with them again.
