Paul from Fitz Consulting ran a complex construction project for us at Russley Golf Club in early 2021. His management of all the elements involved was first class. The project was delivered on time, on budget and to an extremely high standard, whilst making sure there was minimal impact to our customers and day to day business operations. We contacted Fitz consulting for a home we recently purchased that was in need of a renovation. We met Paul and he helped us with a kitchen design and offered us solutions to add more storage and make better use of a poorly designed bathroom and separate toilet area. I am quite handy myself so it was nice to have Paul let us work in with his team. I was able to paint the house and Paul's team did the rest. We completely changed the layout and moved doorways, closed off unused entry ways, which helped to create a much larger kitchen. Paul helped us gain space by removing the bulky HWC and installed a simple Gas Hot water system to the house. We maintained our budget, although as with most renovations, we added a few extras here and there but at the end of the day we got exactly what we wanted. We reached out to Fitz Construction after much frustration post-earthquakes to have a failing retaining wall replaced with long delays caused by frustrations with dealing with the council, insurers and a major construction company who constantly dropped the ball. We were left with serious stress and not knowing what to do. I discovered the answer was just around the corner with Fitz Construction. I called Paul and he immediately stepped up to the challenge to sort out all of the issues we were having by lining up competent contractors, working with the insurers and overseeing all the resource consents and permits with the council.
