C.Recently we moved into our newly completed home built for us by G J Gardner, Rodney West, and having settled in, we would like to now thank every member of the G J Team especially the G J Gardner sales rep, the colour consultant, and the draft persons, also our wonderfully professional project manager plus all the other contributors and tradespeople involved in the project.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Our finished home is as exactly as we imagined it to be. They listened, they kept us informed, and they delivered on time. Rodney West Residential did an amazing job even under the troublesome conditions of recent with lockdowns halting work and supply line issues, which I might say, Rodney West Residential saved us from.
When deciding to build as opposed to buying an existing home, we were very much aware that we were trusting a lot on good faith as we chose our building company, after all, we were basically flying blind with a bunch of ideas and a set of plans in our hands, but we chose well. Everything from the layout of our stunning kitchen to the immaculate paint finish on the doors and the flawlessly laid tiles worked out perfectly. G J Gardner Homes please accept our sincere appreciation for a job well done. Thank you all, Caroline and Gary Bennell.
