Wow, what an experience working with Todd and his team. We were upfront honest and told him we don't know much about the due diligence to be done while buying a house. C.Good detailed report. Poor communication (hard to get on phone with). Wouldn't recommend if you're pressed for time (deadlines agreed weren't met).

F.Aaron was very professional and produced a great building report - exactly what we wanted. Lots of genuinely useful photos and recommendations for maintenance, as well as helpful descriptions of various points around the house and what appeared to have been done in the past. A much better report than many others I have seen. It gave us a lot of confidence in the qualities of the property we were buying. Highly recommended and Aaron was very happy to discuss the findings.
