Ash and Tamsin were wonderful to work with, from the very first email inquiry I made, throughout the process of ring design and production, to the final delivery of our beautiful bespoke pieces. They were very accommodating to all requests (and I must admit that I was a demanding customer!), extremely prompt and detailed in their communications, and helpful when the sizing wasn't quite right the first time round. My partner and I couldn't be more impressed and happy with our rings, which are now a perfect fit! Thank you so much; highly recommended business!

Ash did an amazing job on our custom engagement and wedding bands. From working with us on the concept sketches to incorporating heirloom diamonds from my mom's wedding band, Ash brought our ideas to life. Communication was great through the entire process. I've loved my entire experience with Ash Hilton. I live in Florida, and wanted to purchase quality, beautiful, ethical wedding bands for my husband and I. I found Ash Hilton, but kept searching since they are located in NZ and I thought I could find something closer. In the end, no one met my standards like Ash Hilton and the distance was worth it (plus the management is so efficient that the distance didn't even matter). They replied promptly with emails, and I hardly noticed the time difference. I read their communication policies, which included a day out of the office that they spend with family- I love that! I read about ring production and design, and both my husband and I are so pleased with the quality of the rings and the beauty of our designs. We sent in photos and paid for custom designs. So so glad we did- we love telling friends and family what the designs mean to us, and it makes our rings special and unique. Ash Hilton has wonderful prices and incredible quality, fantastic service and gorgeous design - on their rings, and on all their social media/advertising. Just a quality firm, but also personable and obviously committed to what they do. We love our rings- thank you Ash Hilton!

Our rings are drop dead gorgeous, and exactly to my insane specifications. But the product is just part of why they're 5/5. Their customer service is BEYOND excellent! I was always able to get in touch and have endless details explained to me over and over until I was satisfied, and they were always so kind! I've never experienced such attention to detail and excellent communication, much less just with the people involved in the business. So yes, our rings are stunning and perfect, but the service and care I received is what made this an unbeatable experience. I absolutely will bring all my future jewelry needs to Ash Hilton!

Honestly, if I could give these guys more stars I would - they are fantastic. Ash, Pip and co crafted two silver wedding rings for us and we could not be happier. Even though we are based in Australia and they're in New Zealand the process was simple, easy and fun. Their professionalism, patience, humor and communication skills were far, far beyond what we were expecting, and we just received two beautiful, unique rings - all for a amazingly reasonable price, especially as Ash hand-crafted both rings to our own design.

Process was so easy... Especially with "custom" design request. I received the ring (in minimal packaging 💓) and it is absolutely stunning! Perfect color (14k Rose gold), the fit is spot on (5mm) and the etching is beautiful. I'm so happy!
